The saleswoman in the store was very unpleasant and affected. I bought a winter jacket and when I came home and tried it on again, it somehow didn't fit me. A completely normal and natural thing. I went back to the store the next day. The jacket was in its original condition with the tag and receipt. I very politely outlined the situation and asked if it was possible to exchange or return the jacket. The saleswoman was really very reluctant and unpleasant. It's not that even though Columbia sportswear has certain purchase conditions and returns are not practiced, I would really expect a professional approach in the service sector. Even the opportunity to receive a voucher in the value of the jacket and choose the goods if the customer finds it appropriate and without pressure was denied. And that's not even counting the prickly and affected remarks of the saleswoman. Everyone chooses their own job and the customer should not suffer from the outbursts of annoying saleswomen.

After less than a year of regular wear, cracks began to appear directly in the seams of my Columbia Titanium down jacket – and not just occasionally, but practically on most of the transverse seams. Feathers are steadily leaking through the cracks and the problem is gradually getting worse (I attach photos). The complaint was rejected on the grounds that it was a consumer defect. For a jacket of this category and price, this is unacceptable to me. I was also disappointed by the approach when making a complaint: the staff seemed reluctant and instead of trying to explain the situation or offer a reasonable solution, I had the impression that the goal was to reject the complaint as quickly as possible. Moreover, they only accept complaints for perfectly clean and washed goods – that is why I had the jacket professionally cleaned so that it would be accepted at all. Despite this, the option of paid repairs or any service solution was not offered. Warning to others: if you buy more expensive clothing and rely on fair dealing and quality customer service when resolving the defect, consider buying elsewhere. I definitely do not recommend this store.”

Not so! Never again. Bought a Colubia XXL jacket, when you go to exchange it for an XL, of course they don't have it and force you to buy something else you didn't want. You will not see the money in arrears and you will be left with the goods to be thrown away. Never again, do not recommend, service and understanding none.
