Unpleasant, unprofessional saleswoman (long black hair in a braid). She looks like you've been to her ********...and she can't help, she doesn't understand the goods being served at all. People like that shouldn't work with people if they don't enjoy it. Next time, go somewhere else.

There are not many sizes.

The shop had good prices, but the selection could definitely be a bit larger. When I had to exchange an item because it didn't fit, the staff were very friendly and helpful and replaced it without any hassle.

Unprofessional saleswoman. She didn't say hello until I said hello first. I wanted to buy a jacket, but she took it from me and put it back on the hanger. Then she started arguing with me, saying she just wanted to clean up. Probably because I didn't look like it. Too bad. I really wanted to buy that jacket. Not a single smile the whole time. I recommend finding another staff.

The woman working in the store is extremely sullen, as if she has entered menopause. Prices are expensive, don't come for nothing

Great professional service, always gives us advice, helps us with the selection (we like to return to Mrs. Karolína) and if the goods are not in the store, she is happy to order them for us. Your products are high quality and, most importantly, functional. Simply the best on the market, at least for us.

The working lady is forced to work, no questions are asked, I ask about the product size, she gets angry, she does her best not to sell, she is sullen.

Yesterday's visit. Absolute satisfaction. Staff as it should be. After greeting the customer, they pay attention to him/her and know exactly when to leave the customer their space for independent selection and will return when needed. I went for a specific jacket, which they did not have due to the current sale, and yet after half an hour of detailed examination of other goods, I left satisfied with another jacket. They advised, offered other alternatives and did not force anything anywhere, just to make sales. I do not like shopping, but if there were such salespeople everywhere, I would start enjoying shopping.

After 2 days of wearing new shoes , got a problem where these parts that hold shoelace broke. Went to the store to repair it, took them 2 weeks to repair it. In the middle of winter. After l return home l notice they gave me some other not original part. This is ridiculous shop. Not recommended, be careful.

Updated review - I was here after 2 years (2.9.2025) and this time I encountered a completely opposite attitude. The saleswoman was unpleasant, unprofessional, unwilling and sometimes even rude. It absolutely discouraged me from making any purchases. I left. The lady should not be doing her job with this attitude. I am changing it from five stars to two. Next time I would rather go to Palladium, hopefully there will be a better experience there. Original review from August 2023 - A very pleasant experience. The saleswoman was very nice and helpful. She helped me with the selection, but at the same time she let me try on clothes in peace. If only it were like this everywhere. I will definitely come back. Thank you.

The behavior of the salesperson on September 22, 2021 was inappropriate towards me as a customer! He behaved arrogantly and insulted me! After which I didn't feel like shopping at the Columbia-Letňany store at all! And I won't recommend anyone I know to go there! Thank you!
