The one in Dubai is much more beautiful. This one does not have sizes. I do not recommend it.

October 1, 2024 - around 11:20 a.m.! Great store with really good merchandise, but... 3 employees and hardly any customers. There's no "Hello" or "Can I help you?" The two ladies who "work" here prefer to gossip... I try on 5 jackets, and no one offers to help. I put a jacket I want to buy next to my own jacket and look for another... one of the ladies comes over and wants to put my jackets away. When I said, "Wait, they're mine..." she asked how she was supposed to know. I pointed out that they could ask the customers (me, for example) when I was standing right next to them... Well, that's all I needed... Incredibly unfriendly, and then they talked about me in a very unfriendly way with the cashier. Since I speak a little Czech and Hungarian, I understood them very well... These two ladies have absolutely no character. I've worked in retail for 41 years myself, but these two would be better off at the AMS. Instead of buying two jackets and various other things, I ended up leaving with just one, and of course I won't shop here again! If you give such rude salespeople a platform, I'd rather avoid this shop...

Very friendly sales staff. I bought two sweaters here, and you can also find everything for outdoor wear here. After wearing them for two weeks, I can absolutely recommend the fleece sweaters. They keep you very warm and look stylish.

HANDS OFF this store!!! My wife bought a softshell jacket in August. After 2 months (only worn twice) the zipper broke. When she complained last week she wanted to exchange the jacket or get her money back. The reaction from the staff was absolutely unprofessional. No interest in resolving the complaint within the scope of customer satisfaction. It doesn't work and there are endless excuses. You can only get one voucher. That's impudence. If the Columbia brand sells such goods with poor quality, I wouldn't want to buy any other Columbia product. The store forces customers to buy defective products. Incredible!!! NO MORE!!! Hands and all fingers away!!!

Unfortunately, the Columbiasportswear online shop does not want to take any responsibility for its promises. They don't want to solve problems. Never again.

This is my second time shopping at this store and I can only say good things. The sellers are Hungarian, very helpful, both times we found what I needed. Even in mid-March, more than enough summer clothing was available here. What was perhaps disturbing: the size of the store was small, quite crowded, but for those who need premium quality for hiking, this will not be a problem :)

We turned to the seller named Edina because we wanted to ask for help, we wanted to buy a pair of 170 euro jackets, pants, and polo shirts. Rather, the lady courted herself with the salesman's colleague and told her phlegmatically that there was no match for the shoes and that she was not interested. We are sorry that such a phlegmatic salesman works in the store, because the store is great apart from that.
