I was looking for a winter jacket here and found one I liked. My top priority was warmth, so I wouldn't get cold. I was assured that I definitely wouldn't be cold in the jacket I'd chosen. The price was also reasonable, so I bought it and tried it on immediately. I quickly realized that the jacket wasn't warm at all and wanted to return it right away, i.e., 20 minutes after buying it. However, returns are only accepted in exchange for store credit. I might have accepted that, but there wasn't a better jacket in the store, and other items weren't an option for me. I understand that there are no legal return policies for brick-and-mortar stores, but Columbia's policy is, in my opinion, extremely customer-unfriendly. You're already buying from an outlet store, where the quality of the items is often lower than in regular stores, and then you can't return them if you don't like them. In times when you can return anything you buy within a certain period, I find this practice highly questionable and not at all customer-oriented. On the contrary, it gives the impression of a blatant money grab. The voucher is also only valid for outlet stores, but not, for example, for Columbia's online shop. It's pointless if there are no suitable alternatives to the product you're looking for in the store. I will never buy this brand again or set foot in their store!

It became one of our favorite stores. The prices were good and there were plenty of options. Thank you. We bought a pair of shoes for my son.

Good peice good quality and kind staff

Unfortunately, the Columbia Techlite Outdry shoes I bought there smell extremely chemically, even after a while. I'll have to throw them away. A waste of money. Otherwise, the service from the store staff was good when specifically asked, hence the two stars.

Just stay away from this online shop! Incredibly poor customer service. My package still hasn't arrived after three weeks, and the representative on the phone is incredibly unmotivated. They didn't offer any assistance, just brushed me off with something like, "We shipped it, it's no longer our problem." (Original quote). So, my money is gone, and I haven't received the product either. I would definitely stay away from this shop. I'm now considering legal action. P.S. I always enjoyed going to the store, but the way I was treated as a customer yesterday was not acceptable. Unfortunately, I can no longer recommend it. I can only advise everyone to pay attention to what is deducted at the checkout. If there is a mistake, you don't get your money back, even though the product was incorrectly labeled. And you only get cheeky answers like they could have been more careful at the checkout or they could complain to Columbia. The salesperson himself apparently didn't notice that the shoe was in the wrong place. He looked at the shelf twice to get the shoe for me and to check whether he had gotten the right one. He didn't notice that it had the wrong price until after I complained and wanted to return the shoe. Unfortunately, I didn't get my money back and I don't want a voucher from a store like that.

Good advice, very friendly and you had the feeling that the salesperson had a lot of knowledge and knew the store/products well.

It's always frustrating when the old staff isn't there and you have to deal with new employees. We immediately left the store, which we usually enjoy visiting to do our shopping. The employee with the blonde braids was so unfriendly that we were briefly irritated and had to take the situation in. When customers are treated unfriendly and condescendingly, you don't want to leave your money there. Dear Columbia team, it's high time you had a conversation with your employee. We had the impression that this incident was no exception.

Outdoor stuff

So far everything has always been good here, friendly and competent advice, so we enjoyed shopping here. Unfortunately we were disappointed today. Although there were 3 salespeople in the store and 3 customer families, the customers were obviously ignored. The 3 salespeople preferred to entertain the store with their recent and future cinema visits, "Top Gun" etc., rather than taking care of their customers. We and the other customers left the store after about 5 minutes without making any purchases. Is that how it should be?

Huge selection and really good prices could be found in mid-August.

The young man who works there said that "waterproof" and "watertight" are one and the same. But they're not. And he didn't know that hiking boots run small. Don't the employees get product training? I mean, he was very young, but he's supposed to get product information, right? Something like that. Train your employees; it's embarrassing. Compared to the people who work at Jack Wolfskin, what happened at Columbia was ridiculous.

Good selection despite outlet. The seller is very friendly and gives you good advice. He keeps the customer in focus and doesn't tell you useless stuff.

When we visit the McArthurGlen Outlet Neumünster, we like to stop by and browse the offers and sale items. The advice was always excellent, and we found a great little or big bargain almost every time we visited. So, we highly recommend it, and we'll see you next time.

I bought three items there this time. 1. Because I think Columbia offers the best value for money compared to their fabrics. 2. Because they offered an additional 40% discount on three items I bought this time. 3. Because I currently think their designs are the best. Of the three outdoor clothing manufacturers: Columbia, The North Face, and Jack Wolfskin, I think Columbia offers the best price-to-fabric ratio. And Jack Wolfskin, for me, is the best value for money at €599 for a rain jacket. However, this is always a matter of opinion.

Fantastic store, but super delicious products and really nice employees. They really want to help you in there, and since we had chosen to come a day before they had open by night, we asked if some of the items we wanted to buy were further reduced the following day.
