I think the products sold in this store are either not original or are of second or third-class quality. There's a significant quality difference between these and the products sold in Türkiye. The jacket I bought had unraveling stitching, and the stitching didn't look high-quality, although we didn't notice it quickly because we bought it in a hurry. The fabric doesn't look high-quality either. Compared to my Colombia jacket, the texture, fit, and quality are very different.

This store is terrible, I wouldn't recommend it at all. I bought a pair of snowboard pants and after only a month and two outings, they ripped without even getting caught. I went back to see if they were covered under warranty, and a sales assistant told me that in principle they were, but that she would check with the manager. She went inside, and when she came out, the girl told me that the manager had said they weren't covered without even looking at them. I complained, and the manager came out and told me to come back on Saturday when her boss would be there to see if he would say yes. Disgraceful!

On July 28, I was charged three times for the same purchase at this store, totaling €372.36 on my card. Today is August 7, and they still haven't refunded my balance. While in Germany and Austria it closes at 18:00 on weekdays and is completely closed on Sundays, it is great that here it closes at 21:00 in the evening and is open on Sundays too ☺️

They didn't have sizes of the jacket we wanted or any with the same characteristics and the solution they gave us is to buy anything from the store. I'm giving one star because I can't give it a zero. They didn't inform me that when returning an item, I could only exchange it for another item from the store. The staff is competent and friendly. They have incredibly good prices. I bought an Omniheat hooded jacket for 100 euros, which costs 350 euros in Turkey. This is probably the region with the highest Turkish population. Don't forget about tax-free checks. When you arrive at the airport, you'll first have your forms validated at the DIVA kiosk, located on the far left back. There's a line there. After going through security, you can go downstairs and get your cash at the Global Blue office in the duty-free area. It takes 15 minutes.

I saw a lot of Turks walking around with Columbia bags. I also saw a lot of Turks inside the store. The prices are much more reasonable than in Türkiye. If you specify that you want tax-free when purchasing, they'll give you a long receipt. I should point out that you can't get the full 21% VAT back. We got about 8.5% back from the tax-free office at the airport. But that's okay. End-of-season items in size S are getting incredibly expensive.

We went today, January 20, to exchange a king's gift. I was about to buy something, but when I got to the checkout, I was shocked by the terrible human quality of these people.
