I bought a Columbia down jacket. 3 days later, the zipper was faulty. Repair cost €40, supposedly due to misuse... which isn't the case. Even though there's a legal guarantee of conformity. Very disappointed. I won't be back.

The store staff are very nice and friendly, but they are not friendly to tourists who want to refund their tax. The clerk said that due to a malfunction of the tax refund machine in the store, tax refunds could not be made in the store, but tax refunds could be processed directly at the airport with the receipt. When we arrived at the airport, the airport tax refund staff said that tax refund could not be processed with only a receipt. I contacted the Columbia store clerk again, but the clerk didn't know whether it was too troublesome or something else, and couldn't handle it. If you can't get a tax refund, you can let us know from the beginning, and we won't spend a lot of effort and time dealing with it later.
