We took advantage of the Black Friday discounts. Given the large influx of customers, the sales staff were very kind and helpful. The products were excellent, in line with the company's philosophy.

I've been buying this brand for years and always find it to be good value. The sizes always fit true to size. I have a pair of technical fabric shorts that I've been wearing for 25 years. I can confidently say it's worth buying from them.

Visit in July 2023. The products are always excellent. I don't give 5 stars because the prices on sale are no longer as interesting as in the past. I hope in the next sales with more products with 50% discounts.

We have been loyal customers of the Columbia store at the Barberino Outlet for years, several times a year we have purchased different items. Unfortunately, despite the fact that there are no longer any pandemic restrictions, the last three or four times we have been refused entry to the store with the excuse of crowding even though there were less than 10 people in the store. Reluctantly we will look for another brand that will let us in to buy.

I love Columbia stuff

I love Columbia, one of my favorite brands for technical clothing, along with Jack Wolfskin, McKinley, and North Face. Until a couple of years ago, I was able to find great deals at this store even outside of sales periods. Lately, aside from a few special offers, I've found prices have gone up and the good deals (discounts) have decreased.

I think it was the real outlet with good discounts. Friendly and very kind staff

Very nice outlet.... Big brands... We went there during sales... Where they advertised discounts of up to 70% but there were only 3 shops that offered extra discounts, all the others didn't... Anyway... We've been going there for years... Always with pleasure...

The three stars for the excellent merchandise in the shop, well stocked and with very competitive prices. 0 stars for the three shop assistants yesterday, August 17th.. arrogant, not a shred of a smile, almost as if we were annoying and totally unsuitable.. perhaps a course in etiquette wouldn't hurt..

The shop inside the Barberino outlet is not excessively large, however it is well stocked and has good prices.

We were looking for a fleece because I am convinced that Columbia's are unbeatable and we actually found it. They run large so one size smaller is perfect. Very well stocked and complete shop with every size.

The brand is not up for discussion, always top. Maybe I arrived at the wrong time, but two certainly capable clerks could not dedicate enough time to customers, including me, who needed information on the products.

The quality of Columbia cannot be discussed, the girls at the reception are very well prepared and very kind.

We visited an hour before the shop closed. There was only one staff there at that time and she was very friendly and helpful. We were good informed about the discount on some products. And yeah, Columbia outlet has always a good deal.

Products of guaranteed quality, excellently presented by top-level, proactive, courteous and non-invasive staff.

Good salespeople but perhaps because they are understaffed, they are too stressed. Everything in a hurry, who comes in and who goes out, these are certainly not purchases made in peace. I found less professionalism than 3 years ago. After all, they also sell technical stuff.
