After purchasing the products, I couldn't get tax-free because they wrote Argentina as the document country. The women at the checkout are very sullen and don't do their job properly. They wrote my country incorrectly even though I provided my passport. I want compensation for my loss.

Europe's most affordable outlet

It's definitely not worthy of the outlet name. The prices are no different from regular stores. I asked about a pair of shoes and they said 6,000 TL, but when I said that's about the same price as normal, they said the normal price was 16,000 TL, and those shoes have never been sold at that price.

I had a great day at the Castel Romano outlet. Despite the confusion, the blonde girl with glasses served me with great dedication and was very kind, as was the quick and cheerful cashier. A great experience, I recommend it to everyone.

A store located in the shopping mall. I stayed in Rome for a few days and did not come across any Turks, but half of the customers who entered this store were Turkish 😁 the prices are really very affordable compared to our country.

It will be moved from its old place to its new place, but it is also under renovation; Unfortunately the shop is closed.

Low price and high quality

It is a great place to pick up some quality outdoor gear at a good price! They have a wide selection of jackets, shoes, and activewear, and the discounts are definitely worth checking out. The staff is friendly and helpful, and the store is organized, making it easy to find what you need.

The employees who do not speak English do not help you. There is not much variety but the discounts are good. However, they direct you to the office inside the outlet for tax free. Unfortunately, they only refund Max and Smiles cards in the office. Please mention this when selling.

This is too much. I gave my passport to the store clerk for tax refund, but the area was filled in incorrectly. When I arrived at the airport, it was too late. Everyone should pay attention to whether there are any incorrect information filled in on the tax refund form.

The employees are extremely indifferent. They also make fun of the customers and laugh. They didn't realize I was Italian. The store closes at 8 pm. But they tried to get people out of the store by saying that they closed at 5 in the evening. It was a disgraceful experience!!

I bought a coat from the store today. The gentleman at the cash register was very rude, sullen, and unresponsive. When I got the product and went back to my hotel in the city center and opened it, I saw that the alarm was forgotten on the arm. Since I had to travel for an hour, I won't be able to go back and get it removed. I hope I can get the alarm removed at another store. The staff should have been careful about checking the product they sell and giving it to the customer.

Nothing cheap by comparing other outlets

The Colombia store said it was not possible, but said it could be a tax free agency. Receipts can be accumulated to reach the minimum amount to be paid (EUR 154.95) to get the VAT refund only if the purchases were made on the same day and in the same store.

Although there is not much variety, the prices are very reasonable. The staff is very attentive and helpful. They also apply all the discounts they can. When you add the tax refund, the prices can drop to one third of the prices in Turkey.

Very kind clerk

Excellent sportswear shop. The quality is undoubted and the prices are affordable. not all items go on sale during typical sales periods but they are still excellent. A special compliment goes to all the guys who are very kind and very available to give information and help in case of need. However, one of their colleagues was less appreciated, the only one I had ever seen in the shop, unpolite, grumpy and irritable even with her colleagues. If I noticed it in just a few minutes of presence, let alone my colleagues or superiors. I actually asked if she was the store manager and luckily she isn't or at least I hope she isn't. It's not a question of contact with the public, it's just poor and bad education. I am sorry. We will definitely go back to shop but if she were there we would avoid going in.

I hate outlet malls, just like I hate shopping malls. However, although trivial, the fundamental difference is that the former are shops connected to each other by external spaces, while the latter are completely indoors. Which is no small difference. Furthermore, this one from Castel Romano seems to me to take into account a considerable downward price difference compared to shops that apply list prices. I've been to Columbia, North Face and Napapijiri. Also at Intimissimi, although here the discount was minimal compared to Intimissimi in the city.
