Very disappointed with this store. I bought €350 worth of clothes here in July 2025. After only two wears, the pants ripped at the crotch. Columbia's website states a "2-year guarantee" for their clothing. So I took them back to the store, and they told me they couldn't do anything because they'd already been worn... How can a garment have a 2-year guarantee if we can't even wear it? The sales assistant, who wasn't the manager, gave me her supervisor's email address to try and find a solution, but I haven't received a response yet. Completely unprofessional!

I love this store and its sales advisor Isabelle. She is always very welcoming, gives very good advice, helpful and available if we need information, a size, etc. We feel that she does her work with passion. On the other hand, I happened to go there and she wasn't there, and it was a completely different atmosphere, I didn't pose because the contact wasn't the same and that was a shame. The people were much less friendly.

We came on January 2nd, we are disappointed with the store's really messy appearance, the salesperson completely absorbed in his phone rather than his customers. We were used to seeing a tidy store with a top-notch welcome and advice from two women previously. Really a lack of professionalism this time... feeling like we're being bothered with every request. Luckily, we like the brand's products.

I bought a pair of ski pants from Columbia and, after only one day of use, I noticed a defect in the stitching. I went to Columbia at the Village des Marques in Miramas to ask for a solution, but they refused to help me. No exchange, repair, or goodwill gesture offered, and I left with defective pants. Very disappointed by this experience, especially for a brand that is supposed to "guarantee the quality and durability of its products." I do not recommend their products at all. I advise you to go to their competitors to buy your ski clothes.

Bought convertible trousers based on Columbia website information. I was expecting a zipper on the legs but they are stitched! No zip, no shorts! 😂 Nice trousers, nice price but I feel I have been tricked!

BRILLIANT! I needed to get some ski equipment, and the saleswoman (I think she was the manager) was incredible. I left with everything. She gave excellent advice, was patient, and attentive. Such rare kindness! The young saleswoman was also lovely and recommended some superb gloves, among other things. It's rare to encounter such a pleasant and caring team. I can't wait to come back for my boots!
