Comment on the shop window, located in the heart of the resort town. The shop front displays extremely inappropriate text (see photo) that I find completely unbecoming of a brand like Columbia. I had to explain it to my 7 and 10-year-old children, which I believe is inappropriate for their age. In short, a marketing initiative that I find highly inappropriate.

The brand name may be enough Quality shoes and clothing A customer of the store for over 25 years Winter sometimes Summer for the sales 🤭 The brand name could therefore be enough for online purchases BUT when in the store you're lucky enough to be advised by Benjamin, you can trigger your compulsive purchases 🤗 Benjamin is a welcome 🤩 Benjamin's hairstyle this summer is a great reminder of the 70s Wonderful inspiration for taste Thank you Benjamin Long live Columbia

The saleswoman with a nose piercing who says to me and my partner "the world is going to hell" after asking for a recyclable paper bag. Rude, not a hello, uses informal "you" and snatches items from my hands while chatting with her friend and/or colleague. I think what's going to hell is the manners of this disrespectful little lady.

We stopped by to buy a ski coat and really enjoyed it. The person who was from Quiksilver and made a replacement gave very good advice and was very friendly. Furthermore, the collection offered is very beautiful. Lots of very nice choices.

Accommodating seller. Having bought a coat on sale it is normally not possible to exchange it. I had on the one hand lost the label, and on the other hand bought the coat on sale, I was able, thanks to the saleswoman's sense of commerce, to exchange my coat.

Last week my 15 year old daughter passing like another skier with these skis in the way the store manager who came out and hit my daughter's chest with these elbows which made her fall and started kicking my daughter's ankle leaving my daughter in tears. If the assault of a minor revolts you, think about this adventure before going shopping in this store. For me, I filed a complaint and I plan to contact the parent company in Paris and the US tomorrow to share this adventure with them.
