Incredible attention

I was just passing through and everything was great. A very trendy girl (Miranda) served me and her service was truly spectacular. If you're ever in the area, look for her.

A friend recommended this shop to me, and I got kitted out for my next trip through Galicia. Miranda helped me, and I was delighted with my purchase.

I love the brand and this store is perfect for me. And the staff is very professional.

Excellent service

I spent the week looking for a gift and Miranda, a very friendly and professional sales assistant, helped me!

👍🏻

This place has a prime location and the staff are incredibly friendly; they knew everything I asked about. I'll definitely be back.

I've been to the store and I loved the customer service and especially the whole collection they had was great

The perfect team, amazing service, thank you so much as always.

Excellent service and quality clothing

Columbia store on Grand Via, excellent service from pleasant people.

The saleswomen were very friendly

I really liked it, but we couldn't buy any women's t-shirts because we didn't see any. I imagine it's because the store is small and the space is minimal for everything the brand offers.

Official store of the brand, in Plea Grand Via in Madrid! But, we went in Feb/26, a time of many promotions and sales. They had beautiful things with good discounts, but almost nothing in our size. But I intend to return at another "normal" time to see again.

Alba and Miranda are very good, and the coffee is amazing.

Last week I went to this store to buy some thermal shirts and a ski outfit. The staff were very attentive and friendly (Alba and Miranda), giving me excellent advice. I was extremely satisfied.

The girls were very attentive and gave me advice on my idea and budget. In the end, I even bought a little gift for my partner. Thank you so much. By the way, Alba and Miranda helped me, but the atmosphere in the shop was really pleasant.

I went in the other day looking for a warm coat to go skiing, and the service from the team (especially Alba and Miranda) was amazing! They helped me with everything they could, so I left very happy :)

Excellent service

Very good service

I came with a friend to buy a coat, and Alba and Marta were both fantastic to help and advise us on the styles and sizes. We'll be back soon!

Super loving, everyone

I received such great advice from Álvaro and Marta! They gave me significant discounts on jackets; I bought two. Thank you, and I'll be back, God willing.

Very reasonable rates

They mostly have seasonal items, but there are also discounted items. The staff are helpful.

Very good service

Very friendly staff, always willing to help with anything you need. I love Columbia clothing, and when the service is good too, what more could you ask for? We'll definitely be back!

The vendors are very helpful and offer tax-free shopping for tourists. The prices are reasonable for the quality.

Excellent store! The employees are spectacular, especially Alvaro!

I received service from Marta. I was very satisfied. Thank you. I'm going on new trips with my new coat. :)

Very kind ✌🏻☺️

A wide variety of products for the cold weather.

Excellent service from everyone, especially Miranda! Thank you so much for everything!

Astrid and Sergio treated me very well. Astrid especially helped me choose my snow outfit. I'll be back!

Astrid helped me with all my questions 🙌🏻

A fantastic experience! Excellent service from everyone, especially Miranda who was incredibly helpful, patient, and friendly! I will definitely be back.

Very good service

I went to the store today looking for a light, warm coat. Claudia gave me wonderful service, explaining and advising me on which coat best suited my needs. I left very happy with my purchase.

Thank you, Alvaro and Claudia. Very good service. We'll be back.

I just visited the store. The service was excellent, especially from Claudia. She helped me find what I was looking for, gave me advice, and of course, I ended up buying it. Wonderful. Thank you, Claudia!

Good service but I didn't find what I was looking for.

Excellent service from Manuel and Alvaro

Jorge and Astrid

They served me very quickly and very well. They resolved my sizing issue. Especially Astrid, Claudia, and Jorge.

Astrid was very well attended to, very friendly.

The service was excellent. Alvaro was very attentive. The quality was very good.

A store with everything you need. Álvaro gave me fantastic service, and I got some really good technical shoes.

Excellent service, the best outdoor clothing to buy. Alvaro, Lucas, and Ariadna were super friendly, they advised me... and they had all the patience in the world. When I come to Madrid again, I will definitely return to this store.

Excellent service from Astrid, very nice store

Astrid and Miranda treated us very well. Very friendly.

Well done Manuel and Miranda

The service and everything was great. Highly recommended.

Álvaro Jorge and Bens, very good service, very friendly and very helpful!!

Manuel's service was very good, and his store was excellent.

Miranda was very kind and helped us find the shoes we were looking for.

Álvaro, your attention is excellent, very good treatment

Extremely friendly service!!! European warmth! From the morning on, they kept our clothes safe, gave us suggestions, and provided the best service. Thanks to Miranda, Ari, and Albaro!

10/10 customer service. Miranda and her colleague are excellent salespeople and willing to advise customers. Highly recommended.

Very well attended by Miranda, and the items are great!

Great store, and great team. I went to return one item and left with a few more 😁. Miranda helped me and advised me on everything I needed and any other naughty items I might need… I'll definitely be back 💯

This morning we shopped at the Columbia Gran Vía store in Madrid and were served by Miranda. Excellent service and experience. We've taken home so many items thanks to her help with larger sizes and advice on what looked best on us. We need more staff like her. A pleasure!

Magnificent experience, well attended, very professional staff. I loved the treatment and the explanations about the clothes I bought.

The checkout employee, identified as Clarks Gran Vía, was very impertinent and out of step with the rest. If he was nervous, he shouldn't serve me. I couldn't take my purchase because of him. On 07/19/2025, at 7:23 PM, store 601.

Very kind, attentive and very good products

The place is super good and the service is even better.

Excellent service

Excellent service. Ana is a genius!

Very good attention

Very good service! Everything was excellent! Highly recommended.

The store was spotlessly clean, the employees were very attentive and helpful. Especially Mr. Alphonso, he was very helpful when he realized that we were tourists. Thank you very much. Muchas gracias!

Miranda was very helpful and friendly, making the shopping experience pleasant and stress free. Will definitely be returning when next in madrid.

Great service and support. I’m a pretty big guy and they went to great lengths to find my sizes in their basement! Really appreciate their help!

Very attentive staff and interesting discounts

The best care

Ana was attentive and friendly. A good buy.

Excellent products and attention!

The best service on Gran Vía!

I recommend consulting with the saleswoman Astrid. She helped me find t-shirts for my first mountain experience. She was a delight.

The service is perfect

Very efficient, attentive, and friendly employees. I would return and recommend.

Excellent customer service. The staff were very helpful.

Manuel is a good guy

We had good and fast service!

I love the store! But the best part is the way everyone there treats you, especially Miranda! I'll be shopping there again. I 100% recommend it.

Excellent service and kindness, you can try it on with peace of mind and there is free Yax

A very well-located store right on Gran Vía, ideal if you're looking for quality technical clothing for the mountains, hiking, or everyday use in bad weather. The team is friendly, professional, and clearly knows the product well: they advise you based on what you really need, without being overwhelming. A good selection of jackets, footwear, and accessories is a pleasure to come in and leave feeling like you've made the right purchase.

We bought a very nice jacket, the guy, Manuel, has served us wonderfully

Manuel and Álvaro two phenomena attending. A highly recommended place for its clothes and I reiterate, the attention of the kids.

Very good service and advice from the store's professionals. Highly recommended

Friendly and helpful staff. Large store and everything very well displayed.

Great service and good prices

I bought some sneakers a week ago without really knowing if they would meet my needs. Very good advice from the two boys and the girl who were working at that time.

Excellent service!!

Very good service

Excellent attention. Miranda is super friendly and willing to show sizes and options. A pleasure to buy in this place.

Yesterday I went to the store for the first time and I wanted to leave a review for the good service I received. I especially wanted to thank Alonso for his treatment!! He was very friendly and helped me a lot with sizes and advice when choosing a coat. Thanks for your patience!!

The store is good. The products have their prices but not all, why?

Excellent attention from Alonso. 👍🏻

Today, a tall girl with long, dark hair attended to us. We left delighted with the loving treatment she gave us. It deserves a good review because there are not many young girls who are so affectionate with clients. Thank you so much

Manuel and Miranda have assisted us with great professionalism and dedication when it comes to our technical questions. I wish it were like this in all the places we have attended. That's why we say buy on this one. Thank you

The best store on Gran Vía. The spectacular saleswomen, as I said, very good quality and price...

Always delighted with Columbia, but the other day I visited the new store in Madrid on Gran Via and I was delighted!!!! Miranda helped me and my partner and we left with more purchases than expected, I'll just tell you that…. I'm from León and I will return whenever I can to shop there! A charming girl and the store is wonderful 🥳

The employees are very diligent and very attentive, only there is a little stock shortage in the store, some numbers and some things

The workers were very attentive and professional, especially Astrid who helped me with a couple of things. I will return

Excellent products and spectacular attention received. We were attended by Astrid, a charmer and an excellent professional who gave us personalized treatment that they no longer give.

The saleswoman was very well attended and very nice, it's a pleasure to go shopping...I think her name was Astrid

Excellent attention from the seller. Good prices and beautiful store.

Good products, excellent service, lacks a little variety

Attention of 10 I loved the store! I brought a liner that I was looking for and they helped me with everything!

Excellent service. Thank you.

Excellent attention, dedication, and interest in satisfying the client's requirements. Congratulations! A pleasure to have purchased in this store. A very good experience.

The treatment was 10. The little girl who helped me yesterday afternoon gave me great advice at all times and although I didn't find what I was looking for, I took another item.

The attention of Alvaro and Miranda was incredible, they helped us and recommended us very well. Highly recommended is the perfect combination of Columbia quality and the warmth of service. Thank you we will return!

I love everything you have here and online. Great deals, always great service from the brand. I'm a Columbia loyalist from my home country, Peru.

Manuel is very attentive. Thank you.

Better prices than North Face, and the service was incredible. A guy gave us advice, was attentive, and explained everything about my jacket. Aside from that, I've had my new jacket for a week now, and it's been great! Highly recommended!

The service of Manuel is very good

Many thanks to Manuel for his advice on my purchase. Very kind.

Many thanks to the staff. I had a minor issue with the sizes; I saw I didn't have a gift for January 6th 🤦🏻🤦🏻.... Overall, they helped me a lot find other solutions; they were incredibly involved, super friendly, and very professional. Exceptional service. Highly recommend the store 👍🏻.

Impeccable service, the staff were always attentive and friendly. They answered all my questions and helped me with everything I needed.

I loved shopping at this store. Not only for the quality of the shoes, but also for the kindness and attention of the staff, especially the manager. Thank you so much. We'll be back soon.

I went for the first time, and it won't be the last. I was delighted from the start; both the service and the store were top-notch! They always provided me with a smile and provided excellent advice for my purchase. Highly recommended.

We were at the store to do our Christmas shopping. We were served by a friendly young lady named Tatiana, who introduced herself very well. She was very efficient, friendly, and professional. We left very satisfied with our purchases and will return!

Very good quality of the products and the attention of the employees could not be better.

Incredible service, thanks for advising me on these special dates. Best regards, you look like a great team.

I love my Columbia sneakers! I found this store while strolling... spectacular, and the staff is superb!

Excellent customer service and everything is super well organized.

A wide variety of sportswear for men and women, excellent service from the saleswoman who helped us (Marta, I think I remember), and the store is very cozy and tastefully decorated. 100% recommended if you like quality sportswear. I'll be back.

Manuel has served us and recommended us very well.

Manuel is a charming and very helpful clerk.

A cozy, fresh, and beautiful store. The window display is gorgeous. The clothes are very practical and high-quality, and the employees are attentive, friendly, smiling upon entering and attentive to everything you need. I'm so glad they opened this store in Madrid. I will recommend it.

The service is very good, the staff is very friendly and it is very easy to buy.
