It's a wonderful place; they even learned Turkish from a young age. They were very helpful. It's at least 50% cheaper than Turkey. It's crowded, so it's just a bit small. I think it would do better if it were a bit bigger. I'd love to go back soon.

Make sure you get the tax free document. I don't know the reason, but when you go to ask for it back, their attitude changes. We were able to get it as a result of the insistence of another Turkish customer.

When entering the shop we placed our umbrella in the holder next to the door, as this is meant to place your wet umbrella. Unfortunately, before getting out our umbrella was stolen! Be careful lot's of thief's even an umbrella gets stolen and the staff will not help you at all.

I used to buy clothes from Columbia. This is not the first time I’ve entered the store, and it’s impossible to find anything worthwhile. Clothes have become crap and sizes cannot be found. Last time I was in this store. I'm giving it three stars for old times' sake.

My wife's wallet, money, glasses, and identification documents were stolen from our bag. When we told the store clerk, they refused to help us because the cameras weren't working. The lady at the cash register practically scolded us. We asked for help, but they didn't help us with the excuse that the cameras weren't working. They avoided dealing with the crowd because there were so many customers. Furthermore, these thieves are constantly coming and going from the store. There's no security in the store. Don't they know these people are there to steal? I'm protesting and condemning the store. They didn't care about our problem. When they get busy, they lie about the cameras being broken. They also stamp the tax-free receipts incorrectly, causing problems with Greek customs. Customs won't accept this. I think they're deliberately printing the tax-free stamp incorrectly. There's no way they don't know. They're printing it incorrectly to avoid a tax-free refund. Most of our group had problems with the incorrect stamp. I visited this store with my girlfriend during a day at the Serravalle Outlet. The store is located in the newer part of the complex. The interior isn't very spacious, but it's designed to display a wide range of Columbia clothing and accessories, especially for mountaineering, for men and women, at discounted prices, especially during the sales period.

A mega shopping center with averagely high prices where brands don't offer that many discounts or rather where the list price is very high and the items, even if discounted, aren't that cheap. The outlet principle of having branded items for much less doesn't exist at all.

The clothes are beautiful and at a good price but the shop assistants are clever and don't give cents in change with the excuse that they don't have them. Always pay with a debit card!
