    I was looking to purchase a coat which i first went into North Face which i found the staff not interested. So went into Columbia and Liam servered I and my wife and Liam could not do enough supporting me with my new purchase which was a coat also he's Knowledge was great. Roger

    Popped in earlier this week and was served by Alfie, who helped me pick out a jacket, and decide on a colour. Great customer service and they gave me 30% off for military discount.

    Yesterday, my partner and I visited the outlet store to purchase Christmas gifts. While the selection at the Colombia outlet was excellent, the store's policies and staff performance were unsatisfactory. We made purchases totaling over £400, and the cashier processed the transaction without mentioning the store's return policy. Approximately two hours later, I attempted to return an unworn, tagged fleece with the original receipt, as I located a preferable alternative. The cashier then informed me that only exchanges or store credit were permitted, a fact not disclosed at the time of purchase. The manager, who was subsequently consulted, reiterated this policy, drawing attention to a poorly-visible sign. The manager's interaction was unprofessional, as he engaged in conversations with colleagues throughout the exchange process. I found the overall experience from such a high end brand dissapointing and I'd have expected a better refund policy especially given the time frame and certainly had hoped to be made aware at the checkout during the transaction atleast.
