    I bought Columbia shoes that are presented as sturdy and waterproof, suitable for hiking. I've worn them mainly around town, without extreme conditions. But after just three months, the material on the toe of both shoes began to wear in the exact same spot. When I wanted to return them under warranty, the seller refused to accept them, claiming I had "mishandled" the shoes. He couldn't explain exactly what was wrong with that. I asked to speak to the manager, but he was not there. I was suggested to come back another day. Since I live far from the store, it is not an option for me to travel back and forth several times. I am very disappointed in both the service and quality of Columbia. I would have expected a brand with such a reputation to take their warranty conditions seriously.

    The variety of products is low and the prices are at normal prices. When I check different sales sites, I can find the same product at the same price or at a more affordable price. Also, it is a bit difficult to find sizes in the products.

    I bought a jacket and two pairs of summer pants at this store. Unfortunately, the quality of the products didn't meet my expectations. The jacket started pilling after a short time, and the seams of both pants came apart after only one or two wears. I reported this to the store and asked to exchange the jacket, but they told me this wasn't covered by the warranty. I was disappointed with both the product quality and the service. Hopefully, the store will pay more attention to product quality and customer satisfaction in the future.
