We discovered some very interesting prices; the good deals were expensive, but they were top-notch with prices up to 70% off.

A large store, with quite a lot of choice.

No refund on the day, just a voucher or an exchange 😡 yet other businesses do it, I don't understand why some people have to make a scene to get their refund... The welcome was a "Hello," no business exchange (low traffic) 🙄 only when the payment arrived were we told there was a licensing issue and that they couldn't process the employee discount, even though I have a 30% employee discount, it's clearly stated. The excuse given: licensing on water bottles and socks... so no 30%. They could have told us before this happened, I certainly won't be back.

This is one of the most well-organized franchises. Visually, it's pleasant. I can find my way around more easily when choosing a desired color. The store staff was attentive. I don't regret shopping at Columbia.

Clean and tidy store, the seller gave us very good information about the products and did not hesitate to take out a tape measure to confirm the size of a bag, very good experience for us 👍.

Frankly disappointed with the store. None of the cashiers say hello, either at the beginning or at the end, which creates a cold and unwelcoming atmosphere. Their general behavior clearly lacks professionalism. It's a shame, because the brand is high-quality, but the in-store experience doesn't make you want to come back at all.

I am very disappointed with my visit to the Columbia store in Pont-Sainte-Marie, Troyes. The experience was truly unpleasant: the store was a mess, very dirty, with clothes scattered everywhere, especially in the fitting rooms. The worst thing was the attitude of the staff: the cashiers preferred to chat and laugh among themselves rather than take care of customers. No greeting or professionalism at the checkout. This reflects a real lack of management—you can tell that the manager does not have the necessary skills to supervise their team and maintain a minimum of professionalism. A very bad experience.

Very bad experience. Item listed at €20, cashed out at €22. The cashier was rude from the start, not a single hello, just a curt tone. When I went back to check the price, she mocked me in front of other customers while my wife stayed at the register. I returned the item, no refund offered. The manager found nothing wrong with this behavior. I will never set foot in that store again. Avoid.

No choice and well-reduced prices. The only two saleswomen talk together... not even a hello.

Very affordable prices

I purchased this product on Sunday. There were two prices: €170.90 and €118.90 (photo zoom). I thought I had gotten a good deal. Arriving home, I discovered another label (photo) with prices crossed out in black, under the prices that I communicated just before (170.90 and 118.90€). Unfortunately the dishonest employees of this store did not do things correctly because we can read under the black stripe. To my great surprise, I discovered an outlet price of €110.90, lower than its last ones. I will notify the DGCCRF of this scam. I urge everyone not to buy this coat because it is cheaper than what is displayed. I don't recommend it to anyone. Check before buying. I will notify McArthurGlen headquarters. I request compensation.
