Was looking for a pair of running shoes and the staff were so good. I’ve always had issues with shoes I’ve bought so I’m always skeptical when choosing a pair. They took the time to explain to me the differences between each shoe and helped me find the pair for me. Really appreciate the patience and great service

A fantastic Columbia clothing store in the center of Dublin. The staff were incredibly helpful, especially Maria, a native of Tenerife who has lived in Dublin for a couple of years. I highly recommend a visit during your stay in Dublin.

I already knew it was a fake store. They raise the prices and then claim there’s a discount. It still ends up expensive. How can a shop use this name so freely? It’s not legal. Most likely someone will reply to this comment with some fake excuse.

Never ordering from them again! Placed first order issue with stock, they had to cancel it and re do order without that one item. (Ok) BUT took them 6 days to dispatch. While was waiting still had faith actually placed another order 2 days afterwards took them 5 days to dispatch! Now both orders are finally on its way but got two emails on tracking from UPS that delivery delay due to weather. Where in fact Ireland never seen a better weather than now. So now again delayed even more. DO NOT ORDER FORM THEM! By the time I get it, it will be summer. No need for the winter clothes.

I went back to the shop one day after purchasing my item in order to exchange it for a smaller size. However, I was told that the product could not be exchanged because it no longer had its tag. I found this explanation quite unreasonable. I asked how it was possible that an item bought from what appears to be a Columbia store cannot be exchanged without a tag, especially when I had the receipt with me. Then I realised that this shop is not actually Columbia’s own store, but only a retailer selling its products. If that is the case, I do not understand why the receipt is issued under the name Columbia. Moreover, if your exchange procedure absolutely requires the tag, why was I not informed at the time of purchase to keep it? From any angle, the situation is extremely disappointing.

Absolutely disgraceful. I bought a €280 jacket and paid for express delivery to receive it on a specific day. Columbia confirmed the package had been shipped, UPS confirmed it was on the way… and in the end no one knows where the package actually is. UPS Ireland told me it was in France. UPS France told me the package does not exist because Columbia never sent it. Columbia told me it was sent and that it was UPS’s fault. UPS told me no, that the problem is Columbia not sending the package. And Columbia finally said they would “report it to another department.” An absolute disaster, a huge waste of time, and a complete lack of professionalism from both companies. For a brand like Columbia, this is unacceptable. You cannot pay nearly €300 for a product and end up making international phone calls because no one wants to take responsibility.

The store has a good selection of products, and the staff is very friendly. They helped us with a small issue with a product we were about to purchase, giving us an additional discount on the final price. We were very happy and satisfied with the customer experience. They very efficiently handled a tricky customer service issue where something I bought online was faulty. Got me a replacement form Great Outdoors and even had it delivered to the Columbia store so I didn’t have to do two stops– touch of class!

Visited this store today and chose two light jackets and a pair of pants to try on in the fitting room. I was informed by the assistant that jackets are not allowed in the fitting room, I would have to try them in public, on the shop floor. What a ridiculous and hostile policy. Needless to say, I left empty handed. I want some privacy to try on clothes. What horrible people.

Didn't buy at the store, I ordered online. Got a Jacket two years ago, supposed to be waterproof, or water resistant at least. Went for a walk under the annoying Dublin drizzle, back at home I was soaking wet underneath. T-shirt completely soaked. I emailed support, just asking if this was normal. And I was told that the waterproof feature only last two years, after that it's normal. Quote "Therefore after 2years, it is quite normal for the outer coating (DWR) to fade due to washing, friction and use and therefore the jacket has partially lost its properties.". For context I never washed the jacket, I wore it occasionally. Anyway, wonderful products but only for 2 years

Great spot great prices! Staff are not that friendly, there was a security guard who was a little too helpful! I was looking at a fleece and he was there trying to pull out the size! I really got the feeling that he thought I was going to steal the item! I had a number of bags with me.

Good Store with limited selections.

They are really bad for online shopping. They just send me order number but the one week they don’t send me tracking number and they’re not tell me anything why your order is delay or where is order then I ring them then they ask me. Your order is still in warehouse so then why they tell me your order will be delivered 4 to 5 day

No energy bad selection I wasn’t sure why they are still in business in one of the most expensive and popular areas in Dublin. They need to improve the service and selections. Where is the manager???

This store is useless looked up 10 different types of walking shoe , running shoes and hiking shoes on their Dublin shop web site all listed as available in my size called into their store in Dublin not one of them in stock nor could they get any of them ordered into the store. I was able to purchase a pair of Columbia branded walking shoes in a sports shop cheaper them listed on the Columbia Dublin web site.

One star for the unreliable service and level of inconveniency caused after choosing to purchase my baby's snowsuit from this shop. One week ago I purchased an item that we have been waiting every day cause my little one had grown out of his suite and we are going on a trip where every day missing the order matters. I waited patiently 6 working days before I called and today I was informed that the order was cancelled cause they were out of stock when I bought it. There was no email, NOTHING to inform me even though the lady on the phone said I should have received one. Adding a screenshot of my mail box that also includes spam folder. Very disappointed. Won't shop from this brand again.
