I'm a regular customer of the store, and the other day I was looking for thermal boots for my trip to Norway. Marina helped me, and she was as lovely as ever. She had also been to Tromsø, where I was going, and recommended thermal clothing for my husband and me. She was definitely a very kind and helpful person. We were delighted with her service and will definitely be back.

Great prices and a really good selection; their layering system has been a lifesaver for staying warm. The staff knows their products, and even when they're short on stock, they always have sizes available and restock quickly. I'm a big fan.

I have been a regular customer for a few years now and I must say that I have never seen her in such good shape. The girl who served me, Latina, and a guy with long hair, were wonderful.

I went to exchange a jacket that had some stitches coming out of a seam, and it turns out that a clerk Jaime López told me that they were going to exchange it, then in addition to the purchase receipt he began to ask me for the clothing labels which is not legal, then he called Priscilla Duarte who now said that they were not going to exchange it because in her opinion it was not enough of a fault to exchange it and that it could have been me who caused it, after talking to her for a while she admitted the fault but only offered me a 20% discount receipt for future purchases but not the return of the garment, they have taken my jacket, they provide terrible service I will never return and I will speak poorly of the store to anyone who asks me thanks to these terrible clerks. I have filed a complaint with the Andalusian Government

I've visited many outlet malls in Spain. You'll see a Turkish man in almost every Columbia store. End-of-season items are really cheap, but they're usually in size S. I bought a size S shirt for 14€.

I was recommended some sneakers for an activity, and a monitor at that activity told me they weren't the right shoes. I went to return them the next day and was told they wouldn't refund the money, an unusual policy they didn't inform me about in advance.

Excellent service! The woman with short hair who helped me was super friendly and very attentive. She helped me with everything I needed and always had a smile. It's nice to meet people like that. Thank you for making my purchase so easy and pleasant!

The guy who helped me was a 10/10. My complaint is about the store's "company policy." They gave me a Christmas gift, it's too big for me, I'm going to exchange it, and they don't have any other sizes. They won't refund your money, so either you buy something else (that you don't need) or you get a voucher. In short, I don't have what I needed because THEY DON'T HAVE SIZES... Obviously, I won't shop there again, because you're taking a risk. So, there are plenty of good stores and brands that are flexible with their customers. I don't recommend it at all.

Bad experience. They don't refund money if you return the item. We knew that. What I didn't know is that they don't have enough sizes for non-sale items, so if you bought a coat that wasn't on sale for €200 and then realize you need a smaller size, you're stuck because they won't be able to exchange it. I don't recommend it.

I was there on Sunday, December 1st, shopping for clothes to take advantage of Black Friday, and to my surprise, the store was overflowing. There were only two employees working, both very pleasant, but the store was so full that it was impossible for them to carry everything. I wanted to buy some hiking shoes, taking advantage of the 30% discount they were having, but I needed sizes, and it was an ordeal trying them on and getting them to give me the sizes. I find it surprising to see two employees alone in a store, given the time of year. I've shopped in other stores, but none of them saw so few employees. Very poor service, due to the management, not the employees, who were very friendly and always apologized for the inconvenience and thanked us for our patience.

Two months ago, I was given a gift card from this store. After several attempts to purchase, I wanted a women's raincoat, but it wasn't possible. The salesperson kept telling me they were out of stock and that none of the models would be available this winter, and that I could buy it online at the regular price. I tried to make the purchase on the brand's website, but they told me it wasn't possible, that in-store gift cards are for in-store purchases and not online. I was repeatedly told that I could buy online if the item wasn't available in-store. But the final straw was when they told me over the phone that it was only valid for the outlet. I couldn't even go to any store other than an outlet to redeem my card. So, I have a €100 card sitting in a drawer, waiting to see if next year they'd be willing to redeem it if they stock women's raincoats.

Thanks to Rafa for his attention and the time dedicated to advising me, even when the store was full. My experience has been very positive and I was very happy with my purchase.

The prices are really good, and the products maintain the quality characteristic of the brand. It is the ideal place for lovers of outdoor activities who are looking to equip themselves without spending more. Highly recommended both for the variety and for the quality-price ratio. Precisely now with the Black Friday offers they make it the best time to get their products, with discounts of 30% throughout the store and some selected ones at 50%.

Well, what can I say after a terrible treatment by a brunette shop assistant with short muscular hair who claims to be the second manager, when I brought him a polo shirt full of snags, he only wore one, and some gaps, he told me among other things that I would have moths in my closet...... and with laughter between them they have made me look ridiculous in front of the entire store, with no options to be able to explain that I bought enough things beforehand and never with these flaws... so as not to ever buy anything

One of the few stores in europe. With outlet discount and sales combined it is really worth shopping there. The clothes are very durable (wearing them 10+) and are suitable for every day use.

Today, June 23, 2024, I tried to enter the store at 9:47 p.m., and as soon as I opened the door, a saleswoman from the back of the store yelled at me very rudely, literally saying, "What do you want?" And seeing my surprise, she came up to me and said again, "What do you want?" And she told me that we were preparing the store for tomorrow, when there were still 13 minutes left until closing time. The way this saleswoman treated me is incredible, and a brand like Columbia, where I have been a customer for years, does not deserve its customers to be treated like this.

On Friday I bought two polo shirts, I wanted to exchange them with the tag detached after 1 day and without use. They didn't want to change them for me. I went to change several things in other stores and I had no problem in any of them, only in this one. Thanks for nothing!

Today I spent €115. I had a card full of stamps and after the saleswoman explained that I couldn't use it because the clothes were 40% off, I understood and asked her to put the corresponding stamps on another card. He tells me that he can't until I spend the one I have and that the card already filled with stamps could even be given to another person. Who is she to break the company's rules, that for X amount of money spent they have to put a stamp and what does it matter to her if she wants to give away my card?

My partner and I bought a lot in this store, coats, t-shirts, fleeces, almost everything, because we really liked the brand and it gave us confidence, until today, when we went to return some boots that we bought because they were defective and after two hours of wearing them I had horrible pain and a lump due to a piece of the padding that was wrong. It has not been possible for them to change it because according to them it is not a defect. They have not given us another alternative, a voucher, another one that is the same without defect... nothing. He hasn't changed it since the beginning. I understand that specialized and not cheap footwear should not do the damage it does. Terrible attention when it comes to a defect. The only thing they have told us is that if we want we can put up a complaint form... This way they get the client off their back.

I've already bought a fleece and two jackets, one technical and one down. In this case, I was looking for thermal hiking pants that were stretchy and rain-repellent. I had looked at several stores and wasn't quite up for it; I mean, I'd have to spend over 100 euros. Well, I stopped by on Black Friday to see what Columbia had in stock. I found the store packed, and suddenly I ran into a girl with a big smile on her face, telling me how she could help me. I told her I was looking for pants for hiking in the Pyrenees, but I had a lot of questions, but I was unsure of the features. Well, the girl went straight to two items, one with a fleece lining and the other with a metallic thermal lining. I tried both on and they were both incredibly comfortable. Now, my size is 32 and they were too loose. The girl kindly calculated my waist and length and got me a 31 and a 30 for length, and she was spot on. All this while searching the warehouse, taking her time, and dealing with other customers while I tried on the items, giving me the appropriate discounts. And, super nice, I finally left without buying anything, intending to look in El Corte Inglés. Well, I didn't even make it to the car when I turned around to go back, because I thought, nowhere else does that treat me, and it's also incredibly well priced. I think it was worth 70 euros, but I got it for 52 euros. I tried them on and they're wonderful, light, warm, and stretchy. Upon returning from my trip, I went back to the store to ask for the name of the girl to write this review. Her name is Ana, and I've worked at El Corte Inglés for eight years, in addition to having been a salesperson in other stores, and this girl is gold. Her other colleague (the checkout lady) is equally efficient, knowledgeable, and knows how to direct the customers in an orderly manner and with good service (compared to the crowd that day (Black Friday). It's undoubtedly a specialized store, very professional, and with great deals. It's a pleasure to go somewhere and be made to feel so well looked after, even more so given the confusion and sea of doubts I had... my congratulations to the brand for having such exceptional employees!!!

I just made my purchase and I couldn't be happier. Patri and Marina are wonderful people; thanks to them, I found the shoes I was looking for. I definitely recommend them.

I bought a down jacket and when I went to exchange it I was surprised that in a multinational of this category they DO NOT refund the money, but rather they give you a redeemable voucher (to use in the same store). To greater surprise and annoyance, the other girl (who was not attending to me and I assume was the person in charge) interrupts the conversation with a rather tense and unpleasant attitude. At first he tells me that “they have no obligation to say that they do not return the money”, as the conversation develops he changes his speech to say “that they almost always say it”. However, when I go to write my review I read all the opinions and I see that my situation is not the first and that the vast majority coincide with my experience. A real shame that the brand has not taken any action regarding the staff they select or their return policy.

I have had a very bad experience with them. I bought some hiking shoes, a 38 (my size is 37) but they told me that in this brand they always have a size larger. I bought the 38 there and it danced a little. The following week I called asking if they had a 37.5, they told me yes and I went to exchange it. It took me a few days to try them on at home and go out with them, noticing that my left foot hurts my little toe a lot and makes it impossible for me to be comfortable with them, which was the reason why I decided to buy this brand. I called them to tell them and they told me there was no problem and that they would take them. When it arrived at the store, the girl there told me that she couldn't do anything, that since it was used, she couldn't do anything, just change it for ones of the same number....it doesn't make sense, since you change them, do it for ones of a larger size...her rigid and uncooperative attitude with the customer made me submit a complaint form, since I finally paid a lot for some sneakers that I can't wear.

I bought some sneakers three months ago, I took them out to the field for 4 days and the soles have come up. I have tried to complain about the defect of said sole, presenting the bank statement and they denied me the exchange. They have lost a regular customer.

A truly outlet. I bought a new pair of shoes that cost 100€ (PVP) for 40€. The shop assistances are very nice. They didn't have my size shoes at first but they told me to call the following week. So, I just have to call to check if my par of shoes have arrived and now they are mines.
