Columbia Outlet Mallorca

Today I went to make an exchange, and the best part was the service. They even gave me a voucher, which is really great since it's like a gift card. Thank you for the excellent customer service.

Today I visited the store and received outstanding service from the staff; the products are really well priced, especially those marked "up to 50".

The after-sales customer service was appalling. On January 12th, I bought some ski pants, and on my first day of skiing, my underwear was soaked. During my stay in Cerler, I had to buy another pair because my legs were bruised from the cold and wet on the first day. When I got back to Palma, I went to the store to tell them the pants were defective (the garments have a 3-year warranty), and the service was appalling. They told me that if I was sweating, it wasn't their problem; they didn't even look at the pants. They told me they couldn't help me because the pants had been used (obviously they had been used, that's why I know they're defective). They simply gave me a form to file a complaint with the consumer protection agency. They didn't offer me an exchange, a different model, or even a store credit card. 80 euros down the drain. I contacted Columbia customer service, and they said they should offer me options for an exchange or refund under the warranty… but that the store makes the decision. So, with the email I have confirming their warranty, I'm going to file a complaint with consumer protection! Don't buy from this store; the service is awful! And they're incredibly rude.

A fantastic experience at the Columbia store in Festival Park. The staff is incredibly friendly and helpful, offering patient advice and demonstrating a strong product knowledge. The store is well-organized and boasts a wide selection of clothing and footwear, from outdoor gear to everyday wear. Plus, I always find great deals. Definitely a store I'll want to return to. Highly recommended!

Never again. They don't give refunds. They give you a voucher and you can come back if you want.

Columbia sends out offers and private sales, and this outlet is unaware of them and doesn't apply them.

As always, top-quality materials. It's true the outlet prices aren't exactly outlet prices, but oh well, that's how it is. My advice is not to go with high expectations of buying specific items; go to see if you can find a last-minute deal and take advantage of it.

I'm a Columbia customer who's passionate about the brand, but I just bought two shirts for €104.98 at the Columbia store in Mallorca Fashion Outlet, and I don't know if I received the 15% customer discount because they didn't ask for my customer ID before swiping my credit card. I was wearing a Columbia shirt, pants, and sandals with the brand name printed on them, and the saleswoman didn't realize I was a customer. The right thing to do is to ask before paying. If you're a Columbia customer, hold your customer ID card in your mouth before paying so they can give you the customer discount.

Surprise! After buying several items this year, one of them turned out to be defective. When I went to ask for service under the appropriate warranty, the employee treated me very poorly, telling me I was the one who destroyed the item. Well, just another one of many: when you claim a warranty, they give you the runaround. I RECOMMEND NOT BUYING FROM THIS STORE.

The store is pretty good, but they don't accept returns and they only want to give you a gift card...

I bought a sweatshirt for 32 euros. It was a better price than others I had in the surrounding stores, and it's my favorite brand. I left this store very happy.

Even though it is an outlet, they have a large catalog and all sizes. To highlight the great attention. Thank you very much Mia, you have helped us a lot without losing your patience!

The guys' attention is really EXCELLENT and they are very attentive. The only thing that they have very, very little outlet, it is a shame because it is a great brand and it is impossible with the prices that they have in most of the times.

An outlet with good deals and quality. I buy my work clothes there when I travel on safari. The staff is very friendly and kind; it's a pleasure to be served by such people.

Yesterday I went shopping and there were very nice clothes, the clerks treated me fantastically and the prices were really on sale.

The prices when there are sales are quite good, but the most interesting thing of all is the very pleasant service we received from a woman and a man, and they weren't pushy at all!

This afternoon, while shopping at Festival Park, I stumbled upon a new store. It's one of my favorite places to wear clothes while traveling, especially for hiking and photography. I was pleasantly surprised; the clothes are great and the staff are lovely. I'll definitely be shopping and ordering from here again.

The clerks were very attentive, the product was of exceptional quality, I had to change one thing and I had requested the ticket, they have done everything possible to help me, and they have resolved it in a very professional manner

You buy something and then they don't change it because it doesn't recognize the ticket codes, I never buy anything in this store again
