Hello, I am writing in response to your message regarding my visit to the store. Unfortunately, my experience was very disappointing. The store manager was particularly rude, and his attitude was unacceptable. When I forgot to return a jacket to its place, he spoke to me curtly and aggressively, telling me to take it back immediately to where I had picked it up. Furthermore, some employees were talking amongst themselves in a mocking manner, which made me feel uncomfortable. I felt a real lack of interest, respect, and professionalism from the staff. In addition, I noticed that several price tags were incorrect, which creates further confusion for customers. Great LED store, really competitive prices, especially during sales. I finally got my 3-in-1 jacket at a fair price.

I arrived at 7:15 PM, even though the store closes at 8:00 PM. The clerk at the entrance had closed up and was standing behind the door. I signaled to him, he showed me his watch and gestured for me to leave, even though I politely asked if it was already closed. A little courtesy and explanation to customers would have been nice instead of just gesturing for them to get lost.

Tim, a very professional, available, and helpful sales advisor, gave me a very warm welcome, as did his colleagues, who were all very friendly and dedicated to their customers. I've been a big fan of the Columbia brand for years. I was able to discover and try on items I didn't even know existed. I visited on Wednesday, December 17th. I'll be back very soon. See you soon. It's very affordable compared to Turkey. If you like Columbia, or if you've been to Paris, definitely stop by. They don't have any children's products.

I went to buy a jacket for my father, and I was unsure about the different sizes. A sales assistant kindly offered to let me try on the jacket to show me how it looked. The staff was very friendly, and I had a pleasant shopping experience.

Although it is far from the city center, it is worth visiting considering that the prices are one-third of Türkiye's prices.

An inappropriate remark from a long-haired salesman at the One Nation Columbia store on September 27, 2025: he told me I had to re-zip the jackets after trying them on. I had simply put the jackets back on the hanger and in the place where I had taken them from, which is more than enough. It is not the customer's job to re-zip the jackets, that is their job. This kind of behavior makes for a very unpleasant customer experience.

A long-time customer, I bought a fleece yesterday. The anti-theft device wasn't removed, so I had to come back after wasting an hour and a half. What's more, the security gate isn't working. As compensation, I only received a small stamp on my loyalty card—it's very minor and disappointing.😢

Alexandre is very friendly and very smiley, gives very good advice, thank you for this sale.

The checkout attendant forgot to remove two locks from my purchase, fortunately detected by the gates at the neighboring Galeries Lafayette, where the staff told me they would check after my turn, which they did with kindness and care for my purchases in their bags, despite not having bought anything from them. Another salesperson at the checkout said, "It's definitely Columbia, it's often them," and she was right. These locks are almost impossible to remove at home. The staff at Columbia was, however, smiling and friendly, but it would have been better if she were less distracted!

Quite simply excellent, whether it's the products which are of good quality or the smiling and very friendly sellers, I recommend it.

The staff is very attentive. Special mention goes to Enzo, who speaks five languages and is very polite and helpful. The prices are very good! It was worth the trip for those who live in Brazil. It's far, but it was worth the trip. I would go again if I were in Paris. I recommend it.

I am very disappointed with my visit to this store (my first time) this Sunday, December 31 around 1:00 p.m. As soon as I entered, a saleswoman at the checkout as well as two salespeople talking among themselves, not one responded to my hello, cold welcome. The salesman who informed me (cold reception), with each of my requests I had the impression of bothering him. I hesitated not to buy anything, but I thought about the brand that I really like (why penalized it), I had no budget limit, I settled for 3 items. The seller's behavior did not make me want to consume more. Everyone has problems, my problems must remain outside the store, especially when working in contact with the customer that I have advised on sales, the welcome, the smile, making customers want to come back is the BASIC. The (ir)manager must come straight from the markets (I know, it's not very nice for the latter!) and is offended by making a scene in his own store that people don't take his word for it when he says that a down jacket is made for -20 (“I have one at home”, “never had a problem in 8 years”) before becoming downright insulting! Who still trains this type of staff?
