Columbia Outlet Zweibrücken

I've been to the store many times and bought things there often, at good prices. The service has always been good until now. But last night there were two men working there, one of whom couldn't speak German and the other completely unenthusiastic. Unfortunately, I bought it anyway. I need the item.

We visited the store today and we really must commend the company. The employee who served us was extremely knowledgeable and gave us very detailed advice on what would be suitable for us. We haven't received such excellent service in a store for a long time. We didn't even buy anything, but we still wanted to give the company five stars, especially because of the great advice. We will definitely be back once the product we wanted has arrived. Thank you very much.

Not polite and friendly staff

The manager of the store is not polite, when you try the shoes on once and do not buy when to ask for the second time try it on, said why you did not choose on the first time and need to again do it( really rude). for a brand like this the team of sales are really poor, no advice no answer politely, do not accept cash in a rude way, just staying behind the table and talk together, they like are forced to work there

Well-stocked store. Everyone was relaxed. Except for the salesperson. He just kicked me out (perhaps rightfully so). I must have missed the "No Dogs Allowed" sign in the bottom right corner of the entrance. The door also blocked my view. It seems to me to be the only store with this code of conduct. I wish they had informed me properly. The tone was definitely not appropriate for the situation. Okay - I don't feel compelled to shop there. There's plenty to choose from. 👎🏻

The selection is quite good and constantly changing. Anyone who has the opportunity to stop by regularly over time might pick up a bargain or two. Unfortunately, the staff is unmotivated and clings to the checkout counter instead of helping customers. Questions are answered only briefly, sometimes bordering on the unfriendly. If the outlet were a place that attracted customers with discounts, the store would surely be closed by now with this level of staff.

I've been here a couple of times already. I love the Columbia brand. The store is good, it's a pity there is no children's store.

To flee. If you are French, no one speaks to you. Lamentable. Two salespeople laugh behind the counter.

The store itself is well-organized and offers a wide selection. Unfortunately, the friendliness and helpfulness leave something to be desired. Someone is definitely working in the wrong profession.

Unfortunately, we couldn't find much variety. They only had dark-colored items. The prices were quite good.

The store always has great deals and frequently changes its selection. The employees are always extremely helpful and courteous. They always greet you with a smile.

Not a dog-friendly store, although this is a big deal at the outlet. Dogs must stay outside, and this is also stated in an unfriendly tone at the door. Especially in the walking area, our four-legged friends should be welcome. No dog, no money!

Prices are reasonable. Regular. There is more variety of shoes than the outlet in Berlin. Special thanks to the Turkish employee whose name I did not ask. He was very helpful.

We were in the store at 12:20 p.m. because I'm a big fan of Columbia and wanted to look for more outfits for myself. I asked an employee (wearing a dark hat) on the sales floor about a sweater that was hanging on a mannequin, but I couldn't find it when I searched for it. The employee ignored me when I politely asked him, "Hi, sorry to bother you, but could you please tell me where you have the sweater from up here (pointing at it), because unfortunately I couldn't find it." He then said very quietly and annoyed, "No, I had to look myself." I was completely shocked by such a rude and unfriendly response from an employee who is supposed to represent a brand! This man's work ethic really leaves a lot to be desired. I was standing at the checkout with the items I wanted to buy when I noticed that this same man was once again being really dismissive and unfriendly towards a man who had asked him about a pair of shoes. This gentleman seems to be using a ploy to make it very clear to customers: DO NOT APPROACH HIM! This employee is completely unsuitable for his job. If he doesn't enjoy his customer-facing work, perhaps he should go back to school and seek "retraining." I also pointed out his rudeness to the cashier, but they just shrugged their shoulders, hence this review!

Rarely have I seen such unfriendly staff, wanted to spend several hundred euros in the store and asked if I could get another shirt from a doll because it was the last one in my size. Was brushed off unkindly! Then I spent my money somewhere else.

He couldn't be more unfriendly and irritated. The young woman with long dark hair, who was on duty at 6:00 PM on December 7, 2023, pushed my adult daughter aside and squeezed past us to adjust some clothes. We had been in the store for about two minutes and would have loved to buy jackets, but the atmosphere there was awful. We have never experienced such unacceptable behavior from this arrogant and condescending waitress. We greeted her as we entered the store, but there was no response, no question of her being able to help us, no farewell. 0 points. But these stores probably don't need to be polite and friendly.

I bought some shoes in the store today and received very friendly and competent advice. The employee took a lot of time with me.

A shop I will avoid in the future. One of the employees was extremely unfriendly and pushed me away with a harsh "ATTENTION!" aside to make his way through the sales floor. As a person with walking difficulties, I have already experienced more pleasant situations. During my short stay in the store, I observed that this type of behavior seems to be a method for this employee. Unfortunately it is not possible to award ZERO STARS.

My husband and I were at the outlet on Monday and wanted to see if Columbia had outdoor clothing for children. When I came in there were a few people in the store that no one paid any attention to. I went to the checkout and politely asked one of the two male employees if they also stocked children's clothing. The salesperson didn't even look at me properly, answered me with a curt no!, turned away and continued the conversation with his colleague seamlessly. It's a catastrophe that someone like that is allowed to work in retail. My husband was completely stunned. We are totally horrified by the store and will certainly never buy anything there. Absolutely unprofessional, disgraceful and absolutely unacceptable. I actually wouldn't even give it one star.

Stay away from the store. It wouldn't be worth it, even if it doesn't fit, it's just a voucher for the rubbish they sell

For a shopping mall this place is really stupid. Whoever designed this place should not be allowed to design malls again. When it rains, you will get 100% wet. Luckily it NEVER rains Germany! Architecture wise the place is a very said joke! You can find things there, but prices remain very high.

Clothing and brand is impeccable. Only the two employees on site should think about how customers are treated. Simply rude and arrogant.

A small, well-stocked store where you'll find comfortable clothing for outdoor walking, hiking, and winter sports. Great deals to be had, especially during sales and promotional periods.

Covid gauge of 10 people including sellers. 5 sellers, 3 who spend their time laughing and talking together while people queue for more than an hour outside. No one to inform you inside the store about the technicality of the products. Lamentable!

It's definitely worth taking a look, you're sure to find something and at good prices!

After extensive advice on hiking boots, I let myself be persuaded to buy the shoes in the smaller size I wanted. After the first walk, I realized they were definitely too small. €80 gone!! Conclusion: bad advice!!

A very good outlet center in Zweibrücken. As always, you have to compare prices; not everything is cheap. It's worth a visit for specialty brand-name items!

Friendly salespeople, great selection, reasonable prices

Selection ok, but advice very poor. We bought hiking boots (after advice and size checking from a younger salesperson) and now, after the first hike, it has unfortunately turned out that the shoes are too small and will not be worn again. It's a shame, I wasted €60...so in the future it's better to go to another store where you can get good advice.

Deplorable reception by a young saleswoman, poorly polite and ill-intentioned. We will still intervene with management, a lamentable attitude. Sorry, but that doesn't make me want to go back. In none of the other stores have we been welcomed in such a way, and yet we have been coming to the outlet quite regularly for years.

Worst customer service I have ever experienced! Stand alone in the shop for hours, obviously need help, no one feels responsible! I wave and try to draw attention to myself, but arranging clothes seems to be more important than serving customers. In the end there wasn't even an apology. Better avoid!

I've bought very good shoes and outdoor clothing here, but the range varies and you don't always get what you're looking for, but that's why it's an outlet. The staff is always very friendly and helpful. The advice is good and the prices for promotions are very good. Both shoes and clothing are of impeccable quality.
