Very unfriendly service, who made a lot of snippy comments instead of giving friendly advice. Even at the checkout I was instructed on how to behave as a customer. I was very friendly, even though I was already seething. If I hadn't needed the sandals at such short notice, I would have preferred to leave them on the counter without paying.

Went to the store for the first time and will never go in again. Saleswoman completely incompetent and unfriendly. We said goodbye cynically on the way out.

Very unfriendly treatment. I was even accused of being at fault for taking a jacket for a family member, as they only gave me a voucher the next day. I should have known this, even though there's no sign at the checkout. The salesperson reproaches me and walks away. Unbelievable.

The store has a good selection and the prices are okay, but the one employee (older lady) doesn't work at all. I was seriously stomped on the floor at the checkout because I didn't know the remaining value of my voucher... You don't have anything else to worry about other than remembering the remaining value. The voucher was not charged accordingly… Outrage!

Not a bad shop in itself but the staff can't be outdone in terms of rudeness. As is usual in most shoe stores, the shoes on display are in the storage cupboards (not labeled, nothing at all). I was there on a Saturday and it was super crowded. I wanted to return the shoes I had chosen and take another look at a few other brands. As already mentioned, the store was super full and I thought I would put them back in the cupboard in question. On Monday I asked another colleague about the shoes, she looked at the back of the warehouse but didn't find any, to which I replied that I found them in the pantry at the front of the store. She then immediately began: “What do you think of going to the closet, I won’t do that at home either.” I pointed out that these are not labeled and I assumed that these were storage cupboards like in every shoe store, where different sizes are stored and that you should pay attention to your tone with customers. Before I digress at the checkout, the lack of insight continued to treat customers like this, an absolute disgrace, I will never enter this store again...

For me, Columbia is currently one of the best outdoor and trekking brands ever in terms of quality and value for money. I myself am a sports retailer and like to shop with you regularly. One point deducted is that the store often seems overcrowded with clothes, making it very disorganized. The display tables are completely overcrowded, and the merchandise doesn't really stand out. If it were organized, I would definitely come more often. 😀
