TOP stuff and affordable!

I never write bad reviews, but I found the sales staff in this store absolutely appalling. There were four people working. Two were sitting at the counter chatting with each other, their phones in their hands. The other two were working. The two at the counter didn't help their colleagues at all. Not a single hello, nothing at all. We spent 10 minutes in the store trying on several items, and no one asked if everything was okay. Absolutely terrible service, so we didn't buy anything.

The prices were very reasonable and nice. Definitely go there.

The best place for us on black friday

The jacket quality is excellent, and the staff are very helpful. However, the zipper quality could definitely be improved. I bought a jacket and after just one wear, the zipper started coming off. I had to return it, which was a hassle. The return policy could also be better. They only offer store credit, valid for just one year, which limits flexibility. If I can't find another product I want within that time, I'd be forced to purchase something I don’t really need. This policy restricts customers' ability to shop freely

Small nice shop. Today was a success. The employees are helpful and friendly. Only small minus point. With the stroller it is a bit difficult as there is a lack of space. The rest of the store was neat. Fitting rooms were neat. The sale was good. Only what is not on sale. Still a bit pricey. And then I don't think it's outlet prices.

The employees talk to each other, they don't even say good morning when I enter the store. Terrible service.

It's good, but I don't care, it's not my thing

This shop is small but there is always something for you. Prices are generally very good. You can take tax free, also you can save batavia club points. A fun fact, you can always see a Turkish person here doing shopping 😅

A bit far but great prices.

Be careful, you can only return an item and get a voucher or other items in the store, not your money back. Which is the opposite of many stores in The Netherlands and the outlet. It’s also the completely opposite from Columbia website standard return policy.

Just been to the columbia outlet store and had the most amazing service ever!!! While picking out a coat that we couldn't quite figure out, the store employee jermaine helped us out tremendously, with a full explanation. Would definitely come back!

Very good help from Jermaine and Daniël. Bought a jacket myself after good help from Daniël and my girlfriend at first, but a few weeks later I exchanged it for another jacket without any problems, after very good advice from Jermaine. Very satisfied in the end!!

Today they get my well-deserved 5th star! Their very flexible return policy did it! Bravissimo Columbia Bataviastad! I've been coming here since it opened and before that I was probably the very first Columbia (shoes) fan in the Netherlands (sometime in the early 2000s I picked up a pair on holiday in Toronto) and since then I've been hooked. Very happy that there was finally a physical store in the Netherlands and of course also the outlet. Nice people and always willing to exchange without any problems!
