Very good prices

Yesterday, February 12th, around 6:00 PM, we went to buy a jacket, and the saleswoman implied that we had cut in line, which wasn't the case. She didn't greet us when she served us and was very unprofessional. To top it all off, she didn't even know how to divide €170 by two. Furthermore, she was giving us dirty looks, and it was a very unpleasant situation. She was unfriendly, rude, and incompetent. I don't think this is any way to treat customers who haven't done anything wrong, just been about to pay. I won't be back.

I went looking for a down jacket that was good, nice, and cheap, and I found one that was good, nice, and extremely cheap. A very professional and friendly guy helped me and gave me great advice—and this is important—he dedicated all the time I needed, and his help was key in my decision. I recommend this store; good products and prices.

Yesterday my partner and I were shopping, and we were helped by two really nice guys, one outside (whose name I don't remember) and at the till, I think his name is Manu (the store manager), where he explained the return policy perfectly (which few stores do). He was a really nice, attentive guy, I recommend him 100%.

I was just in the store returning a coat and they couldn't have better served me. The clerk (tall and with white hair, I didn't ask his name) has advised me in detail and has looked for all kinds of options in my size to offer me. Don't expect delivery deadlines to be met at Christmas. After a week and a half, my order hasn't left the warehouse, customer service isn't answering you, and you can't cancel the order until they decide to ship it. Dear Columbians, if you're experiencing such delays in shipping, please inform your customers BEFORE placing an order, so we can freely choose whether we want to wait that long.

On Sunday 10-11-2024 I arrived looking for the same coat that had been stolen from me the night before, because I was delighted with it. I went today in the morning and in the afternoon. The morning employees, I think their names are Alvaro and Carmen, have treated me phenomenally. But I returned in the afternoon to make the final purchase and was served by a rather dry and unfriendly blonde girl. I haven't spoken to the boy. Otherwise no problem, good value for money. You have 30 days to return the product, but they will not refund your money. They give you a voucher that does not expire to spend in the store. I only rate three stars for the treatment received.
