I've been using Columbia jackets for a while now, in various weather conditions, and I have to say they never disappoint. The materials are very durable, and the waterproofness and breathability are excellent – ​​you can feel the difference compared to cheaper alternatives. It's clear the brand prioritizes quality and functionality. I'm very pleased with my purchase and highly recommend them to anyone looking for reliable outdoor clothing that will last for years. 100% Positive. After several attempts at other stores in the mall, I found this store. I have to admit, it was my first time dealing with this brand. The friendly saleswoman, after telling her exactly what I was looking for, quickly found three options for me. I chose two of the options offered. I like specific, quick purchases. The prices are optimal. I recommend it and will return if I'm looking for something else :)

This was the absolute worst customer service experience of my life. I purchased two sweaters for my wife, and as they did not work, I returned to the store a mere four days later to return them. The same manager on duty who sold me the items (Ms Ania) refused to return my money despite assuring me at the time of purchase that the customer has seven days to exchange the item. Instead I was told that the only exchange option was a gift card. Nothing was said at the time of purchase of course about the store only providing a credit and not a refund for returned items. This of course is not the standard policy at Columbia stores generally, or any other honest retailer, but it seems this particular outlet is some sort of franchise shop that purchases and resells Columbia items. Seriously sketchy. Ms Ania also refused to allow me to speak to the franchise owner or regional manager, insisting that it was their “day off.” And she wouldn’t even give me her name “for private reasons.” Bottom line: beware what you purchase from this outlet as they are the least honest store I have encountered in Poland. They will literally steal your money, and do it with a smile on their face!
