While the service in many shops at this Roppenheim outlet center is disappointing, the customer service at Colombia Roppenheim is top-notch. You're greeted with a warm smile; they don't pounce on you, but they make sure you don't hesitate to ask if you need anything. I really appreciate that. The shop is well-organized. And the advice I received helped me find the perfect Christmas gift. Thank you to the young woman for her help, and I'll definitely be back!

They sell goods but provide no information about their return policy if the products don't fit. Apparently, according to their policy, they don't offer refunds, only store credit. Very disappointing.
