Terrible service. I went on Saturday to buy some trekking sandals. The service was wonderful; I could take them home and try them on at my leisure, since they make you try them on in a plastic bag there, making it impossible to see if they fit. It turns out there was no problem returning them, and today, Monday, just one day later, they tell me the soles are worn out and they can't refund or exchange them. What kind of joke is this? It just seems like they're trying to rip people off, since they were only in my house for one day, ONE DAY!!! It's impossible for the soles to wear out in the two minutes I wore them. And on top of that, the saleswoman was rude. It leaves a lot to be desired.

Not only do I think the brand is fantastic, but I also thought it was a lovely gesture that they served my partner in French, her native language. Many thanks to the woman who helped her! Such a thoughtful touch. ❤️

A very well organized and beautiful day, and I enjoyed it very much.

Poor customer service by manager While the manager went to do her own errands, she left the store with an employee that didn’t know how to operate the cash register to provide a simple size exchange. When she finally came, she was unapologetic and dry after making us wait for 20 minutes. We like Columbia but this shop needs to get their act together and train their manager to be more friendly and their personnel more efficient.

The staff were super friendly. The products were excellent and there was a great variety. We were pleasantly surprised and will definitely be back :)

They don't mention their return policy. They don't give refunds, they give you a voucher. They should say that at checkout. If I'd known, I would have thought twice about buying.

They give you a voucher if you want to return something, a voucher that you can't even exchange online, only in-store. They're practically holding my money. It makes absolutely no sense that Columbia is doing this.

It's shameful that a brand like Columbia doesn't offer refunds these days. Even more so when you say it's for a gift and they don't tell you about the return policy.

They should carry larger sizes. I've been a user of this brand for many years.
