Extremely poor service!!!! Bought hiking boots about three months ago. After two months, they started to hurt around the heel. After a while, they were simply unwearable. I went back to the store to explain my complaint, but they immediately said wear and tear isn't covered by the warranty. The employee hadn't even checked! How can you even determine the defect? I had to email customer service because the store in Roermond wouldn't do anything for me. Customer service, however, refers me to the store for the warranty. In short, you sell a defective product, and the customer is left to figure it out. You expect a brand like Columbia to have shoes that last longer than two months. They don't take complaints or customers seriously at all. I'll never see them again. I've also read that someone else had the same experience. So my advice: don't go into this store again!

I recently bought shoes from this store. While walking around the grounds, I heard a disturbing noise coming from the shoes. I wanted to return the clean shoes. I was told the shoes were used and that returns were not possible. How could I have known this without wearing them once? The staff at this store seem completely unwilling to help customers. In short: a defective or unwanted product cannot be returned at this store.

Prices are quite cheap compared to Turkey and you can get a tax refund. We definitely recommend it. It is easy to reach without parking problems.

Complaint Regarding Product Defect and Store Exchange Policy Dear Sir/Madam, A few months ago, I purchased a double-layer jacket from your Columbia store located in Roermond Designer Outlet. Upon returning home, I discovered that the Columbia logo printed on the inner side of the jacket was incorrect – the letter “i” was missing (please find the product photo attached). This is clearly a manufacturing defect. The jacket has never been worn, the original tag is still attached, and it is in brand-new condition. I returned to the store to request an exchange, but the store manager refused to proceed without a receipt. I do, however, have a bank statement clearly showing the date and the full amount of the purchase. Despite this, the store manager rejected the document because it did not include the product code, and unfortunately showed no effort to offer a solution. Since this is a manufacturing issue and not caused by the customer, I believe a global brand like Columbia should take responsibility for such oversights. I also contacted your customer service by phone, but was informed that they only handle online orders, and that I should speak with the store manager for in-store purchases. However, since I was unable to reach a satisfactory resolution with the store manager either, I am now unsure whom to contact further. Therefore, I kindly request that this matter be escalated to the appropriate department or higher management. According to Dutch Consumer Law (Non-Conformity) and the EU Consumer Sales Directive, customers are legally entitled to at least 2 years of warranty against manufacturing defects. Furthermore, a missing receipt does not invalidate a claim if the purchase can be proven by other means, such as a bank transaction. I am therefore filing a formal complaint about the experience I had at the Roermond Columbia store and kindly request that this matter be escalated to higher management for a fair resolution. I shopped twice on the same day at 18.05 and the both times staff was very friendly and attentive. I would like to specially thank the Venezuellan staff whose name i forgot to ask who helped me during my second purchase and when i went back for a correction afterwards for his smiling face, interest and patience during the process. After all definetely i will go for shopping again.

How are the prices in Amazon and the outlet store, I wonder which one would be cheaper? I will be in Düsseldorf at the end of January. If it is cheaper than Amazon, I will go there, otherwise I will order from Amazon and get it. If anyone knows, I would be happy if they could answer. Columbia coats, boots, shoes, etc.

Totally stupid service. The salespeople forgot to put a jacket in the bag when they took the checkout. We had to drive two hours there and back! The unfriendly, short, blond salesperson didn't even offer an apology. He also refused to give his name so we could complain to management. Rude guy. Nils 😅👎

Very insolent security guard!! Unfortunately, he treated my sister badly when he found out she was Moroccan, of the same nationality as him. When the opposite should have happened. A huge lack of professionalism, respect, and pride in belonging.

One of the best clothing brands in Rorémond and its offers are excellent. It is characterized by lightweight and warm winter clothing.

Most of the people inside spoke Turkish, I thought I was in Turkey. 😀 Prices are good, raincoats for 25-30 euros, jackets for 35-50 euros. T-shirts for 15-20 euros. The staff is quick to get you going.

Shoes can be purchased at affordable prices. Models sold for 6-7 thousand TL in Turkey come to 3000 TL without a maximum discount. If there is a discount, you can find it up to 2000TL.

The store is so small and if it crowded no place to walk. The products are mostly from old seasons cant find them on web. You can get 10% discount every time dont forget to ask for it from the cashier otherwise they wont mention it.

Very very dissapointed. I bought a jacket with some heat trapping technology and to my surprise i used it in rain today and it wasnt even water proof as it claims. Highly dissapointed in so called a "good brand". Will never ever use it.

Although the discount is not huge, the clothes are affordable and practical, the shop assistants are friendly and helpful, and the home buying experience is very good. I bought waterproof snow gloves. The double layers are very warm and can be worn separately or in two layers. The most important thing is that the touch function is very good!
