Visited today when it was 20 minutes before closing time. So I had the whole store for myself! There are still some promotion going on with additional % savings. New items are at outlet price, as expected. Sale items are selected sizes only. The single staff was very friendly

We ended up at Columbia on October 22, 2025, while looking for hiking boots. Unfortunately, the staff was only concerned with themselves; none of the three ladies was paying any attention to the customers. After politely asking for a size, the right shoes were brought, and we were left alone again. This was noticeably negative for many customers. I ended up buying the shoes elsewhere, partly to avoid disturbing the staff's coffee party.

Very friendly service, helps if you want it, but otherwise lets you look in peace. There are inexpensive and good outdoor shoes here, also waterproof, also in size 47. However, the shop is quite small. Outlet size, so you have to get shoes in your size. But the employees always do it in a friendly manner.

Well-stocked shop with functional clothing for men and women. There is also a small selection of shoes and outdoor accessories such as backpacks and hiking poles. Nice employees. Large changing rooms. Always different collections. No matter when we visit the shop, the staff is always highly professional, helpful and absolutely friendly, even when customers are complaining.

Top!!! Super friendly and absolutely competent advice from Columbia employee Pauline. I did a real big purchase for my trip to Iceland and Pauline gave me fantastic support. She was able to explain to me the advantages and features of everything, what I should pay attention to and which items of clothing and hiking boots are exactly the right ones for my trip. She also gave me great suggestions, all of which really suited my taste. No course was too much for her, even if I wanted to try on all the colors :) Rarely have I had such great shopping advice!! I can absolutely recommend the shop, even if you are unsure which parts you need for your adventure. I felt very comfortable with Pauline's advice and my friend also bought her equipment. The colleagues were all very friendly and helpful. I would definitely like to come back. This is how you like to spend money :)

The store is full, and there's only one employee at the cash register. The other woman is standing at the door, clearly having a private conversation. Apparently, this is how it's supposed to be, as I was cautiously told, "That's the boss." A very bad example. Reason enough for me not to buy anything here.

I've already bought my second pair of hiking boots there and have always been satisfied with the advice. Keep it up...

A nice, not-too-large store in the Montabaur shopping center with friendly staff and high-quality products. I'm happy to spend a few euros more on them because I'm very impressed with the materials and workmanship. Whenever I'm in that direction, I like to stop by, but please remember that it's an outlet. There are sometimes good discounts, but sometimes the size you're looking for isn't available anymore. ;)

The things from Columbia are mostly great, the store isn't that big, but it has a good selection and always good deals on normal sizes. The staff is friendly and helpful. Unfortunately you won't find long sizes, hence only 4 stars.
