Was looking for a pair of running shoes and the staff were so good. I’ve always had issues with shoes I’ve bought so I’m always skeptical when choosing a pair. They took the time to explain to me the differences between each shoe and helped me find the pair for me. Really appreciate the patience and great service

A fantastic Columbia clothing store in the center of Dublin. The staff were incredibly helpful, especially Maria, a native of Tenerife who has lived in Dublin for a couple of years. I highly recommend a visit during your stay in Dublin.

They very efficiently handled a tricky customer service issue where something I bought online was faulty. Got me a replacement form Great Outdoors and even had it delivered to the Columbia store so I didn’t have to do two stops– touch of class!
