Excellent experience at the Columbia store. The service was great from the very first moment. Elena and Joaquín assisted me with kindness, patience, and professionalism, helping me find exactly what I needed. You can tell when someone enjoys their work and wants the customer to leave satisfied. I will definitely be back!

They were friendly and I even got a tax refund.

Zero customer service. Zero sales resources. They didn't have my number, and as I was leaving the store, I thought about getting a half size bigger. What a coincidence that they had it. A suggestion the salesperson should have made. When I reported what happened at the register, the cashier didn't even offer an apology and wouldn't even look me in the eye. Like they were angry. 😳 Zero empathy. Given the current sales landscape, I wouldn't have them in my own store. They're losing sales, not making them.

Good service, but they don't offer refunds. You can find the same thing at El Corte Inglés with a return option.

A very disappointing experience. At this Columbia franchise, the prices and service leave much to be desired. On my purchase, they didn't apply the 25% discount that was clearly displayed on the tag of a white fleece. When I pointed it out, the saleswoman corrected it, but with a bad attitude and even snatched the receipt from me. They also didn't explain their return policy. The next day I returned with the items undamaged to request a refund, and they informed me that they don't offer refunds, only store credit, something that wasn't mentioned at any point. Furthermore, the prices here are even higher than at the official Columbia store, which I find outrageous. An experience I do not recommend.

They don't accept returns. In exchange they give you a voucher to buy in the store, but no one tells you. The customer service is pretty bad.

Last Saturday I went to buy some sneakers, and luckily I met Joaquim, one of the store employees, who was very friendly. He showed me all the models and explained what the differences were and which footwear would be best for what I wanted them for —which I don't know anything about, mountain shoes. Also, the music and the atmosphere in the store are very nice. A ten for Joaquim! Friendly and very good attention! I will be back.

Staff very unpleasant and totally unhelpful. We asked for several items and had to check everything by ourselves cause nobody was there. They appeared only when we asked to pay and when we politely asked to leave the paid items at the shop for a couple of hours (as we did in any other shop) received a rude "no" without explanation. Would rate 0 stars just for the quality of service.

They don't have the products on the website and they don't care about selling them. You tell them what you want and they listen, but they don't help you get it.

I love Columbia products but this store has very limited selections. I did get a nice moisture wicking shirt on sale.

Good service, sweet staff, they speak English

Employees are nice, however the stores return policy is not guest friendly and is not communicated at checkout. You can not return unused intact product in its original packaging within 30 days and get your money back. They will offer a store voucher but that’s it. If I had know this I wouldn’t have made the purchase because O found the exact same brand of shoe on Amazon for a third of the price.

There are not many goods and sizes... very limited stock

Prices are generally good. It's not a large store, so there isn't a huge selection. The staff is attentive.

Hello, I had an amazing experience in the shop today! I was wondering, could I return the clothes if they don’t fit me? Will I get the money or the voucher?

I had a disappointing experience at this location. I arrived at 8:40 PM, well before the posted closing time of 9:00 PM (as listed on both Google and the official website), only to find the store already closed. Several other people, including tourists, were also trying to get in, clearly expecting the store to still be open. Meanwhile, nearby stores like The North Face, Salomon, and Helly Hansen were still operating normally. A staff member inside saw us at the door but made no effort to acknowledge or explain why they had closed early. In a metro area of over six million people so close to the mountains I expect better consistency and professionalism from a leading brand. I made the effort to come before closing time and was turned away with no explanation. I’m giving 2 stars because the building itself is beautiful otherwise, it would have been 1. Please update your posted hours to reflect actual store operations.

If you need to travel and bring mosquito-repellent clothing, Columbia is your store. They have all kinds of clothing and are currently on sale! We can find everything we need!

They don't issue cash refunds, only vouchers with an amount that must be spent at the same establishment. Disappointing.
