Terrible customer service. I went to the store to buy hiking boots for rainy weather. The guy who helped me recommended Trail Bay Fs Outdry boots, assuring me they were completely waterproof! I got home, put a little water in them in the shower, and within 5 minutes, the water that had soaked through the boots was in my sock... They're not waterproof! I went back to the store today, explained the situation, and the manager greeted me with a superior and rather arrogant attitude: "File whatever complaint you want, but no refunds." Unbelievable! I will never buy a Columbia Omnitech shoe for wet weather again, and I certainly wouldn't recommend them to anyone. Fortunately, I tried them on before my hike and was able to solve the problem by buying Gore-Tex boots... What a shame about the way I was treated.

I was there yesterday buying several items. I needed to clarify some technical questions, and both sales assistants (a man and a woman) were incredibly friendly and professional. Despite it being a busy Saturday during the sales, with the store packed, they were very helpful.

I went to buy a jacket I saw for €85 during the Christmas season, and to my surprise, even during the sales, taking it off a hanger marked 50% off, it cost me €85. What a discount! Prices are a third of what they used to be for some items. It's a small shop, but you can find what you're looking for. I highly recommend it; you should definitely visit. We practically ransacked it!

Medium-sized store. The product selection was very fashion-oriented and not very functional. The staff member who provided advice was very dedicated.

High-quality mountain sports gear at a spectacular price. If you're looking for hiking clothing and footwear, this is definitely the place to go. But above all, I have to highlight the team in the store: they're product experts, speak English, are friendly, and everyone—the manager, the guy with the mustache, and even the salespeople—is always smiling. I've read reviews here that say I'd love to see that copycat, the VAT guy, and the one with the security tags in their jobs. People who work with the public are PEOPLE, and they make mistakes too, but if you visit this store regularly, you'll see they're experts at what they do and provide exemplary service. VISIT COLUMBIA and stop messing around!

Generally, all products are reasonably priced. Items with smaller sizes are even more affordable. If you're visiting Seville, you should definitely stop by. However, it's best to go early in the morning.

I was in this establishment this morning and I was not at all happy, since I needed advice for a trip that I am going to take and all of the employees who were in the store were serving two or more customers at the same time except one of them, with a robust appearance, since he was inside the cashier area without any customers, like taking out clothes and he was not at all friendly compared to the other workers. When I go again I will not ask that worker for advice again. For everything else, delighted by the other workers who took a second to help us.

I was there today to see a jacket and they gave me 10. Thanks to the two guys who were working at that time, in the end I got a jacket and a fleece. And I was only intending to take a look, but in the end I told them what I was looking for and they took me out of the Mi Chaquetón warehouse ;) Thank you.

Be careful with the prices, because they don't include VAT. They tell you the discounts, and when you look at the bill, you realize that the promised 25% discount is actually 4% (25%-21%=4%). They also don't refund your money; instead, they offer a shopping voucher; it's in tiny print at the checkout.

After expressly asking about the return of the clothes, since it was not for me, the salesperson tells me very kindly that I can exchange it without problems within a month, but she always omits that they do not return your money, but rather they will exchange it for something else. When you go to exchange the item, that's when they tell you that the sign is there and that it is company policy not to return the money. Very bad attention and information from this girl who helped me. When you go to buy something, you don't read little signs, you go to buy and trust the workers and their good faith, something that was not the case in this case.
