    I just had a brilliant experience here. I bought a coat but after about 20 minutes I decided it wasn't right for me. The team in store spent ages helping me to find something more suitable, and even phoned through to their Cheshire oaks colleagues to check stock there for my perfect coat. I don't think I have ever had such good service in a shop!

    I bought two coats in the Columbia shop just before Xmas. It was fairly busy, but the staff were extremely helpful. The guy who served me explained about how the coat worked and how to look after it, don’t put on a warm radiator, no machine washing. I did have an issue with one of the coats, the shop manager was fantastic, he sent a bag out to me , I explained that I lived a distance away and couldn’t get back to the shop to return the coat. He sent out a new coat to me straight away. Customer service went above and beyond. Very pleased.

    It's great to see another Columbia store open! Seems to have been popular as sold out of a few things but some decent discounts to be had. Really friendly store assistants too.
