Columbia Outlet Lyon

The biggest problem with Columbia is that every time I go into this store, I leave with my arms full of bags! Columbia clothes are very good quality, very comfortable, and super stylish! And the prices are incredible, how can you resist! The salespeople are helpful and really friendly. It's rare to find a store like this. I recommend it 100%!

This store is dishonest and disrespectful to its customers. My partner and I wanted to buy a jacket for our daughter, who wasn't with us that day. We saw a jacket we liked, but weren't sure if the size would fit (the next size up was out of stock). We asked the sales assistant if it was possible to buy it and return it if it wasn't the right size. She said yes. We bought it, but it wasn't the right size, so we returned it the next day. To our surprise, we were told there would be no refund, only a credit note for the amount of the jacket. After speaking with the store managers, they admitted that the information they gave us was incomplete and could have misled us, but they still refused to issue a refund.

Store visited today for purchase. I approach a saleswoman to ask her for information, she doesn't respond when I say hello. Very unpleasant, haughty and bordering on rude. When I told her that what she showed me was not what I was looking for, she took it very badly. I even thanked her (and yes, I'm polite!!) and she turned her back on me. I felt annoyed... Anyway, I went across the street to Millet to do my shopping.

We made purchases during the sales and returned to exchange them after the sales. The products were even cheaper!!!! Polo shirts bought for €34 in the sales are €22 after the sales. So the prices are even better after the sales!

Unpleasant saleswoman. She misinformed the customer by giving them false information because she preferred to talk to her colleague while she was at the checkout. Very disappointed, especially since she charged us more than we were supposed to.

I visited this store yesterday and I am disappointed because there is not much choice in size, many large sizes and few pants other than ski pants.

The selection of ski clothes was more modest than I expected. The pants and jackets were also not as stylish as other brands although the difference in price was small

After several purchases the quality of the clothes is rather poor. Zippers are stubborn and break within a few weeks. After a few washes, clothes tend to pill. Clothing that is rather flashy and ultimately not made to last.

No possibility of exchanging an item following a Christmas gift due to the absence of equivalent items. No solutions offered except smirks and mockery from the seller. So what is the advantage of the store over the website?

Poor lifespan. Fleece which has become unusable while my Queshua still serves me and a Colimbia down jacket which has become unusable (seasonal use, zip inoperative while my Adidas down jacket has been ok for several years. Now I know that this brand is expensive and of poor quality!

It's an almost magical place, full of shops, restaurants, and bars, perfect for a great time. This designer outlet village is very well-located, with pleasant decor and wide walkways for strolling. The parking lots are large enough to accommodate a large number of vehicles. And all this just 30 minutes from the center of Lyon.

I love "the village", the concept is great, the Daycare service for children is the thing that changes everything for parents (my son even asks to go there, which means the leaders are top notch! In fact, the leader remembered my son's first name even though we had come 2 months before... impressive!) I don't know how many brands there are - maybe 6 or 70 - everything is new, the fountain area is magnificent, in the summer there is sound and light every 30 or 45 minutes... We were there for a broadcast on a giant screen of a World Cup match, atmosphere... The small point of improvement would undoubtedly concern the catering part: given the crowds, too few restaurants, only 4 or 5 fast food options (traditional restaurant absent or almost), and always a queue not possible (4 experiments for my part) On the other hand (even if I understand the interest) they are almost all concentrated in the same place... Another catering center in an opposite location could save us from having to cross the whole village again to eat... Suggestion: Perhaps further develop the concept of 'street vendors' (for The Village ;-)), which would offer more options to customers (on the purchase of quality cold and hot drinks for example, on bagels, hot dogs in winter, on ice cream in summer...) and this in several places in the village or that we could stop like a taxi, so we could optimize our time, and continue to consume ;-)! Bravo for the project (Roman must be worried a little...)
