The saleswomen were very friendly

I really liked it, but we couldn't buy any women's t-shirts because we didn't see any. I imagine it's because the store is small and the space is minimal for everything the brand offers.

Official store of the brand, in Plea Grand Via in Madrid! But, we went in Feb/26, a time of many promotions and sales. They had beautiful things with good discounts, but almost nothing in our size. But I intend to return at another "normal" time to see again.

Extremely Expensive

Alba and Miranda are very good, and the coffee is amazing.

Last week I went to this store to buy some thermal shirts and a ski outfit. The staff were very attentive and friendly (Alba and Miranda), giving me excellent advice. I was extremely satisfied.

The girls were very attentive and gave me advice on my idea and budget. In the end, I even bought a little gift for my partner. Thank you so much. By the way, Alba and Miranda helped me, but the atmosphere in the shop was really pleasant.

I went in the other day looking for a warm coat to go skiing, and the service from the team (especially Alba and Miranda) was amazing! They helped me with everything they could, so I left very happy :)

They mostly have seasonal items, but there are also discounted items. The staff are helpful.

The person who shared this is my wife. Approximately 900 euros were stolen from her bag. We asked to check the security cameras, but they said they weren't working. We insisted and went to the police, but they said they didn't have access to them. The employees were indifferent; one in particular was talking to the police about something and didn't even bother to speak with us. Later, we went to the store twice hoping they might show some mercy and help us. Again, we saw some people disguised as customers acting like thieves, coordinating their actions. Be careful when entering the store; if your money is stolen, it's just a matter of time, nobody cares about you. Thieves know this, so they walk around the store freely.

⚠️🚨 Attention! I briefly placed my bag on a table next to me in the store, reached for my coat, and turned around to find one compartment of my bag open. My small wallet containing my money was stolen 💸. We went to the police, they took our statement and sent us away, saying it was very normal, the money wouldn't come back, it would be very difficult. We went back to the store, and one of the employees said the boss would be there tomorrow and we should ask him about the camera. At that moment, we coincidentally saw two police officers outside the store. We explained the problem, and the police asked about it. One of the store employees first said there was no camera, then said it was broken 📹. The store wasn't very helpful 😕. There were suspicious individuals in the store at the time, but since there was no conclusive evidence, the police couldn't take action against them. If the camera footage had been reviewed, perhaps the thieves would have been caught and other people wouldn't have been harmed. Be very careful with your belongings! 👜👀

I left there 15 minutes ago. I went in at 8:50 PM to buy a jacket, and it took me about 7 minutes to get my size checked. During those 7 minutes, a man there told me about 10 times, "We're closing," while the others kept repeating it loudly to everyone and ushering everyone out. After deciding on black, I put it back on for one last look, and when I took it off and went to the register to pay, he told me, "We're closed." I left the store at 8:58 PM, and of course, I left the jacket.

Be careful! Do not accept returns so you better be 100% sure you have the right item. Bought a coat and wanted to return it after two days! No money back. No one said anything when i bought it

They do not accept returns, only exchanges or vouchers, and they do not warn about this policy at the time of purchase.

Very friendly staff, always willing to help with anything you need. I love Columbia clothing, and when the service is good too, what more could you ask for? We'll definitely be back!

The vendors are very helpful and offer tax-free shopping for tourists. The prices are reasonable for the quality.

I don't know if this is the main store, but they really need to change their shipping service from UPS, which is terrible. They took ages to ship my order, but they were quick to charge me.

Columbia Gran Via store. If you want to return a product, be very careful. They give you a voucher to spend in the store; they don't give you a refund. When you pay, they don't tell you that they don't give refunds—it's a rip-off. It's their return policy, and it says so on the receipt, but only after you've bought it. I'm certain I'll never set foot in a Columbia store again.

Warning! Theft inside the store and completely unacceptable attitude from the staff On Friday, November 21st, I spent approximately €170 in this store. While trying on shoes, two women acting together stole my bag, which I had left next to a shelf inside the store. They had been in the store for about 15 minutes, moving around with complete nonchalance, as if stealing here was a regular occurrence for them. Inside were my passport and residence permit (TIE/DNI), with a total value of approximately €200. The staff not only failed to help but also blamed me for leaving the bag in a "dangerous" place, showing complete indifference and making it clear that they only care about making money and not about the safety of their customers. I have already filed a police report. An outrageous and disappointing experience. I will never return and I recommend extreme caution to future customers.

Today a curious thing happened to me, I ordered a 46W/34L pair of pants and they brought me a size 36W, which didn't fit me. I told them that it was not the size and they told me that it is the European size and in small it says that you have to add 10 sizes and that it is the one I want. (In the photo you can see that this is not the case, it is the European size) It doesn't go beyond my legs, it's a 36W. I've been buying American jeans in that size for about 20 years without a problem, now I'm probably wrong according to the shop assistants. A sales course wouldn't be bad for them, they have no idea about serving the public. I just ordered the size I want (46W/34L) on the website. We'll see what I get. Update, since I ordered it from Florida, the size I wanted came and they fit me perfectly. Conclusion: in the Madrid store they don't find out and try to deceive to sell what they have. Goodbye Madrid store.

Few things, high prices

I love everything you have here and online. Great deals, always great service from the brand. I'm a Columbia loyalist from my home country, Peru.

By far one of the worse shops i’ve been in Madrid. They barely speak English and the costumer service is absolutely terrible. They don’t pay attention to the people, always with the phone behind the counter, they don’t have any sizes and the staff are extremely rude. I would never come back and I will for sure tell people to not go there at all!!

The truth is that I really wanted to buy a coat, but the girl with tattoos was super arrogant talking to me as if I owed her something, without wanting me to see anything, on top of that the other one with the cell phone, it's okay that you are but if I ask you something, look at my face. Fatal. I won't go again despite myself!

The store is too small, there are almost no products, and the ones they do have are never in size. I've ordered a coat twice, and they kept adding items I hadn't ordered. They try to sell you things they know you don't want instead of providing good customer service. They don't give you a refund, they just give you a voucher. Never again - nunca más - never again: Visit to the Columbia store in Gran Via, Madrid / January 22, 2025 / 9:40 p.m., about 20 minutes before closing time. Two people (a young woman, a young man) from the sales staff were still there. After a brief browsing, we were able to ask the young salesperson for a specific size of a shoe model. She then went to the warehouse with our request to look for the shoe in the desired size. By then, it was 9:52 p.m.: The salesperson rudely informed me that they would be closing in 2 minutes. I politely pointed out that there were still 8 minutes left. We weren't the last customers in the store either. While my companion waited in vain for information about the shoe model I was looking for (the salesperson had since returned from the warehouse), the salesperson again reminded me that the store would be closing soon. When the saleswoman finally, but very gruffly, responded to my companion's question about the shoe model they were discussing by saying that she couldn't find the size I was looking for and that she was busy with other customers, we left, annoyed and disappointed by such a lack of friendliness and service. We will definitely not be going to that Columbia store again.

I went shopping and the service from the shop assistants was horrible, they treated me terribly and with an air of superiority the whole time, I will not buy anything from the brand again and I will recommend my family not to do so.

Better prices than North Face, and the service was incredible. A guy gave us advice, was attentive, and explained everything about my jacket. Aside from that, I've had my new jacket for a week now, and it's been great! Highly recommended!
