A small store for a Columbia brand...not very diverse clothing selection, very bad, not having sizes for all the clothes.

I went in and there was a lovely, slightly older saleswoman who helped me and gave me exceptional service. I bought and enjoyed it very much. She presented the shoes and coats and did everything to make sure we bought them. I commend you wholeheartedly.

I visited the store today at 8:10 pm, the Asian girl was rude, I chose the thermal and tried it and I liked it and I wanted to buy it, and when I went to the cashier, I saw boxers and took them to check them, here the Asian girl said to me angrily if you want to take something let me know??? I don't understand that it's a store? Do you want me to ask her about everything I want to touch?, I left everything and left because of her bad treatment

On October 4th, I went shopping with friends, and two of the girls working there were extremely rude and indifferent. They even took advantage of my friend's carelessness to defraud her. Never use cash in this store. Be sure to compare the EUR and CZK amounts. I request that the authorities investigate this matter.

I was scammed by the black, blunt-haired, slanted-eyed girl at the cash register at your Palldium Columbia store. I made a purchase of 4570 CZK between 1:00 PM and 2:30 PM on October 4th. I handed over 4800 CZK. When I searched my bag for Texx Fre, they told me the money was missing. They charged the remaining $47 to my credit card. When I went to the airport for Texx Fre, they told me the barcode on the receipt was linked to my passport, and I couldn't get a Texx Fre. When I examined the receipt, I realized I'd been scammed for 1200 CZK + $47. I experienced this at a corporate and global institution like Columbia. Just so you know.

I would like to mention the employee Ira, a very nice woman, friendly, ready to help and tell you about all the advantages of a particular product.

My experience with the Columbia store in Prague's Palladium was absolutely great, mainly thanks to the approach of the staff. The saleswoman was extremely helpful and accommodating. I needed advice on choosing a jacket and she helped me find the perfect piece, showed me all its features and details, and answered every question I had. I appreciate it when the staff understands that service is as important as the product itself. Thanks to such an experience, I will definitely be happy to return to the store and shop again. They said our tax-free price was different. Instead of 1370czk, they offered a tax-free price of 2000czk. There are other sports shops right next door, and we haven't had a similar experience there. I'm truly sorry for their attitude.

A Columbia with extremely sullen employees. They seemed to be telling me not to buy anything. If you can, go to the Austrian Designer Outlet Parndorf for much more reasonable prices.

On 22.12. I visited this store. Although the saleswoman and the salesman looked at me when I entered, they did not respond to my greeting. No advice on choosing a jacket, I had to go to the saleswoman. She very reluctantly went to the warehouse for my jacket size. She spoke bad Czech and it was difficult to understand her. I like this clothing brand, but the staff is a disgrace.

Very helpful staff, the ladies know what to recommend, they have an eye for sizes and can give excellent advice, they try to find the most suitable clothes to the customer's satisfaction. They have incredible patience with people, as I have observed, when people throw goods at them in the booths and our people only surprise us with their questions and behavior. Thank you ladies.
