There are two stores, an outlet and a regular store, side-by-side. Both offer tax-free options. If you have the app on your phone, they were offering a 15% discount at the beginning of December, which was the price of one in Turkey (minimum 4% discount). Products are available.

I love this brand; I'm never cold in Alsace during the winter since I started wearing some of their tops. I'm so glad I discovered this store in my area. The staff is friendly and attentive. They have a great selection and really good deals when they have sales.

I'm giving this store 0 out of 5 stars because I'm extremely disappointed. Like many others, I've been told this store (Columbia) can't even recommend jackets of certain models, even though it's the official Columbia store. So how do you expect us to buy a jacket if there's nothing available—not the right size, not the right color—and never enough stock? Many customers leave without buying a jacket. I've noticed they should perhaps rethink their strategy and stock more in advance. Also, please pass these messages on to the management so everyone reads the comments. The store entrance is hidden at the back instead of being at the front.

It's an outlet store so not everything is available, there's a lack of large sizes, yes, you have to be standard in France. Friendly staff (but not all), some don't say hello, especially the "young teenagers". Otherwise, super good product quality, there are some who think and that's good, it gives quality products and I'm very satisfied. It's more expensive than elsewhere but we have a very good product, it's a choice when you want quality.

1/4 of Turkey's same products. 60 Euro coat, 30-40 Euro Polar, T-shirts 10-20 Euro, waterproof shorts with pockets 30-40 Euro. There is no tax free application. 2 stores side by side, one is an outlet, the other is the current prices I wrote in the outlet store.

Columbia, however, has been buying from them for years, but never again, and I advise everyone I know not to buy from them. Let me explain: in January, we ordered a ski jacket that turned out to be too big. So that same day, I asked Columbia if I could return the jacket and order a smaller size. They explained that I would have to return the jacket that was too big and order a new one the size smaller because they don't do product exchanges. Columbia told me they would refund me for the ski jacket within 3 months. So, at that point, we had to buy two ski jackets. The one that was too big, which we immediately returned the same day in perfect condition with its original tags, and the new one, which we ordered, was a size smaller. Three months went by, and to be honest, we no longer thought about this Columbia jacket, which they were supposed to refund us. But then Columbia sent us back the first jacket we bought, claiming that the item had been worn. As proof that the garment was damaged, they attached a photo of a balled-up garment that didn't look at all like the ski jacket we had returned. I tried contacting customer service to explain that my husband had only tried on the jacket and that the product was returned in perfect condition with its original tags. Customer service pretended not to understand what I was explaining. I sent more than 10 emails explaining with photos that the jacket we returned was perfect. I wanted them to understand that there must have been a mistake with the photo or the file because the photo sent of the item they said had been worn wasn't my ski jacket. In the end, it ended up that I lost the price of a ski jacket and that I'm telling people not to buy from Columbia. They have a NON-EXISTENT after-sales service that doesn't bother to listen to their customers.

⭐☆☆☆☆ My first visit was unfortunately very disappointing. As soon as I arrived, no one came to greet me, not even a simple "hello." I felt ignored, while other customers seemed to receive a warmer welcome. For a brand with this reputation, this feeling of inequality is truly damaging. Given this experience, I don't think I'll return.

A quality brand and great deals in the outlet store. There's an additional discount for Vosges Club members. However, the prices displayed are exclusive of tax. 20% VAT must be added.

Europe's most affordable outlet Columbia store. There are also Turkish employees. Prices are one third or four of Türkiye's. Thermoses 20 euro Coats 75 euro Vest 26 euro Shoes 40 - 80 euro Fleeces, trousers, hats, everything is very suitable.

When there are promotions, it's really interesting.

An outlet morning, below the head office. The access is a bit unusual, at the back in a sort of basement. There are two stores: one with a 2-3 year old collection, with clothes currently on sale from 20% to 79% off, with colored patches. The other with a current collection, with sales from 20% to 50% off. Sales advice despite the very large crowd. If you can, go early in the morning.

Nice choice, fair prices and of course Colombian quality. But a sad, cold welcome, private sales accessible only upon presentation of the email... what is the use of a customer file if the seller cannot check whether we have received the email. Same thing for the 2 points of sale, outlet and boutique. Damage!

SOREL and Columbia are the same brand. Columbia provides after-sales service for Sorel. I bought SOREL Conquest WP men's shoes Size 46, but unfortunately I no longer have the receipt. I never wore them, there are still the labels on the shoe. What was my surprise when I put them on, they all cracked. They're screwed. How can I go about exchanging them or getting a refund? They cost around €180!!!!!

Every time I come to Strasbourg, I come to stock up on clothing from this solid brand whose products are well-designed. What's more, at the end of September/early October, you get a 25% discount on any three items. The discount doesn't apply to over-saleable clothing or accessories (some are 70% off). Next to the Outlet, a store displays the current collection. The salespeople are very friendly, and three fitting rooms ensure you're sure to find the right fit... Open even on Saturdays until 6 p.m.

The products and prices are interesting, difficult to find matches in terms of size. The big negative point is the welcome and the good manners of the staff. With a child who had to go to the toilet 🚻, response from the staff "there are no toilets for customers, just for employees" once again the bad behavior of companies in France which do not respect its customers. When I was there, there was another person who had to go there, he had to put everything down to go relieve himself outside or against the building (I didn't look 😁). I find this shameful and scandalous in 2021!

We came by chance today, good news: 50% off for 4 items purchased! We had to wait outside (Covid: 10 people inside) for about 40 minutes in the cold, a hot spot would have been welcome. The sellers, all without exception, are unpleasant, no hello, no smiles, only one seller serving customers apparently... The others just tidy up. The sellers are soft! The cashier didn't bother to greet us, huffed in annoyance when she saw the people outside and was as lively as a snail. I have rarely seen such unqualified staff!

Simply brilliant! In addition to the friendly welcome and advice, the Columbia collections from the previous year are destocked at great prices. During sales periods, the prices defy all competition. For example, I was able to find low-cut waterproof hiking shoes for €35! The store is, however, not easy to find, at the back of a building of the European Enterprise Space at 5 rue de la Haye (Schiltigheim)

A disgrace There are currently 20 people outside the store waiting in the cold, and the salespeople are twiddling their thumbs inside, smiling at the people outside. The only salesperson working is walking at 2 miles an hour to bring a pair of shoes to a customer. On top of that, they're unfriendly at the checkout. I'll never come back to this store again.
