Less than a month ago I bought a jacket and, due to a manufacturing defect, the thermal lining inside came unstitched. When I went to the store, they replaced the jacket without any problems and with outstanding customer service. Many thanks to the staff!

It was great at first, but there aren't as many offers as before.

Yesterday, the 17th, I bought a jacket and paid in cash. When they gave me the receipt, they only told me I had a 60-day return policy. Today, the 18th, I went to exchange it, and to my surprise, they only gave me a voucher to spend in the same store. The voucher is worth €140. This is unacceptable behavior on the part of both the employees and the company. At least they should warn customers before they pay, in case they're not interested in this type of "return."

Good quality products at competitive prices

Today, Saturday, September 6, 2025, I stopped by to buy two thermoses. It was 1:57 p.m. and the doors hadn't opened. Someone at the checkout waved at me. I understood it was closed... Google says the hours are from 10 a.m. to 10 p.m., but anyway, today must have been a special day...

We went a few weeks ago to buy a raincoat and other clothes for a trip. Susana served us very professionally, she explained everything very well, she even gave us recommendations for the trip to Peru. Thank you for your kindness, we will return.
