I would like to say a huge thank you to Liam and Megan for the excellent, professional service and support they provided during my visit to the store on Saturday 24/01. They were both extremely helpful, approachable, and knowledgeable, and are a real credit to the brand.

Absolutely love this store whenever I come to BV. Braved black friday crowds for the 30% off, brought a jacket for myself and 3 more items for xmas presents. It was very busy but staff asked if I needed help and 1 got me the size I needed from the stockroom

Went to visit the area and popped into the store for some fleeces. A worker named Emma gave great customer service and helped me choose a fleece that would best suit my needs! A really good experience for my first time visiting the area.

Fantastic store! I went in searching for a raincoat for my travels, and the staff went above and beyond to help me find the perfect one. Their advice was incredibly helpful, making it feel like a true personal shopping experience. Everyone was so friendly and attentive, creating a warm and welcoming atmosphere. The store itself was well-organised and inviting. I’ll definitely be returning!

Great service from Tom and Liam! They helped my and partner to find all the right clothing for our upcoming Kilimanjaro climb. Very patient and friendly dedicating over two hours helping us find all the right things. Top service, fitting room is available to try find the perfect size and the outlet prices are heavily discounted comparing to regular Columbia prices. Highly recommend!

Very sneaky return policy hidden on A4 size paper that prevents customer from returning products and allows exchange only. Why can't write four letter that anyone can read "No Returns, Exchange only".

CRIKEY! It’s no wonder the retail industry is on its knees! 3 members of staff on mobile phones. Tried on 3 jackets, a fleece, was waving a pair of boots around for a couple of minutes (these are called buying signals). Nothing! Two girls fixated on phones and a blonde guy who was just kind of there making noise for some reason?! Anyway, awful staff, zero service, the result….. £240 spent in Timberland, £440 spent in Barbour……zero spent in Columbia. So disappointing.

Brilliant customer service, I brought a coat with the 'omni heat technology' and it hasnt failed to impress. Ive had many coats before which havent been half a good. Its so warm and windproof, nice colour and very good quality. I also like the fact you can zip in one of the fleeces to make it even more toasty. First time I have shopped in Columbia and I will be using again.

Worst customer experience ever! They won’t give your money back if you want to return your item, even the day after. If you ask for a refund they will rudely tell you that you didn’t read a small paper in front of the checkout stating you won’t get your money back. I can only suggest to opt for a more trustworthy brand.

So nice to see a store not only welcome dogs but make a fuss and make them feel included! I needed some new boots for our walks and not only did the young guy help me find what I needed, but held the lead for my enthusiastic spaniel while I tried them on and walked about! Made the whole experience much more easier 😊

Horrible staff and manager. Disappointing that they are spoiling Columbia’s reputation. They need to learn equality of all caste, creed and cultures. I am hoping Columbia’s management could provide them with this training.

Visited this new Columbia store recently and was very happy with the selection they had on offer. Was served by a lovely lady who helped me find the perfect jacket I needed for a very chilly trip abroad, as well as purchasing a few extra items. Will definitely be going back for any future outdoor attire needs.

Been waiting for this company to come to Braintree Village for years as Im a massive fan of the brand! Amazing selection of coats, and a staff member even explained there was 20% off at the time so I got some gloves to match. Already planning to go back again nearer xmas for more bits!

I had a very disappointing experience at this Columbia store. I bought a jacket just 10 days ago, and despite the product description claiming it was “Omni-Heat” and ideal for warmth, it left me feeling as cold as ever. I contacted the store before visiting, and they assured me over the phone that I could exchange it. However, when I arrived, the staff refused to honor that commitment. Not only did they refuse the exchange despite having my original receipt, but the staff was also rude and unprofessional, making inappropriate comments that left me feeling uncomfortable. Given Columbia’s reputation, I expected a much higher standard of customer service and product knowledge. It’s clear this store needs better training in customer service and product expertise. Unfortunately, this experience has greatly affected my view of the brand. I would caution others to be wary of this location, as my experience felt both misleading and disrespectful. NO MORE COLUMBIA JACKETS IN FUTURE!!!!!!!!!!! DISAPPOINTED
