I never usually post reviews. But what I had experienced yesterday in this store was appalling from what seemed to be management of some description. As I was shopping i saw a young lady mocked and jeered at by an older man - this was a middle aged man (who I’m assuming is a manager) showed absolutely no respect to this young lady worker. He berated her infront of staff and customers over how she greeted him, the young lady was left visibly upset and shaken by the situation. Anyone would be in this position, as a retail manager with children myself I was disgusted at this behaviour, I cannot imagine what goes on behind the shop floor if this is the behaviour exhibited in public. I suggest this company look into their management (if this person even was a manager.) and staff, as this abhorrent behaviour towards young retail workers should not be allowed. I will not return

I had a great shopping experience here today . Thanks to Chris, I bagged a bargain. He was really helpful and went over and above. Thanks again Chris.

I travelled from Cork with the Sawyer Rapids fleece that i purchased previously here, which had a damaged zip after one month of use. I was offered an exact replacement for the fleece I brought in. Lovely polite staff, super happy with this branch and Columbia products in general!

Absolutely lovely shopping experience today with Benny, who gave an excellent professional customer service /sales experience at the Columbia shop at Kildare Village. I had little time to spare and I was looking for some specific details in a winter coat for my son & Benny showed me the exact coat within a few minutes while kindly explaining the technicalities of the item to me. This friendly gent further helped me make a decision on the sizing of the coat for my son by agreeing to model it to help me reach a decision re same, which I did, all within 10 minutes & at a very good price for a top product. My son was delighted with the coat.....I will be back again for sure...many thanks .5 ⭐

I am a huge Columbia fan, but AVOID this store!!! They offer NO REFUNDS on purchases. And there is NO indication anywhere in their shop about this policy. This information only becomes available to the Customer AFTER they have purchased the item and looks at the receipt. I find it worrying that this stores operates under "different" policies than that of the Columbia Sportswear Ireland Limited; where you will receive a full refund until 30 working days. I will not suport this Brand or the Outlet Store again. And now I am stuck with a Voucher that means nothing to me.

Low stock, no selection in sizes.

I bought a pair of boots at Columbia one week ago and received a card that stated I could earn one stamp for every $75 spent, with the chance to receive a 40% discount after collecting five stamps. Today, I returned to make another purchase and asked for my stamp, but the salesperson rudely refused, claiming the policy allowed only one stamp per day. This completely contradicts the terms written on the card. When I pointed this out, the salesperson dismissed me and said that I didn’t understand the rules because of my limited English skills. This was both offensive and unprofessional, as the card clearly supports my understanding of the promotion. I feel disrespected and taken advantage of in this situation. I ask that Columbia clarify its policy, honor the promotion as stated, and address the inappropriate behavior of its staff to ensure all customers are treated with respect.

Great value and range of sizes. Called this evening to purchase a jacket and poloshirt for my son. The chap on the till was very helpful and friendly, I am raging I didn’t get his name. Definitely worth a visit.
